Good afternoon pet parents 🧡
We hope everyone has enjoyed this time of year as much as we have so far! With that being said, we have been extra busy gearing up for the holidays, to the point where we are a bit delayed on making some advance announcements 😵💫 I know it’s a super long post, but please bear with us!
❗️We are fully booked for the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas with in-home sitting requests! We appreciate your inquiries, and will let you know if anyone has a change of plans during these dates.
❗️I only have a couple of grooming appointments left before Thanksgiving (on the 26th only at this time), and NONE left for the week of and week before Christmas. I still have plenty of spots open during the first two weeks of December though!
❗️Effective January 1st, 2025, all grooming packages will be increasing by $10, and single services will increase by $5. Below I have attached the new price list that will be pinned to the top of this page after Christmas.
We will also have a small increase in our in-home sitting prices. The new price list for sitting is also attached to this post and will be pinned after Christmas.
*All price increases will be dedicated to upgrading the quality of care for all pets, offering more ways for us to give back, and more opportunities to serve your pets.
❗️All NEW clients will be responsible for a one-time booking deposit for grooming appointments totaling $100 or more. This deposit will be a flat rate of $25. You will have up to 3 days to pay the deposit before your appointment is released. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, but will be applied to your appointment total. As our business grows, i would like to enforce the sincerity of each booking until repeat services are booked. You will not be responsible for the deposit for future appointments made after your first appointment.
❗️I will be looking at options to expand our service area by hiring more help for sitting and grooming requests. Though this is NOT an immediate change, we will be looking for help soon after the new year to cover more requests and offer our services to more areas without service fees. We hope the additions will help us shorten our appointment waitlist and broaden our appointment availability.
❗️Effective January 1st, 2025, we will be offering “pet report cards” after every booking. You may opt out of this option, but this will serve as a detailed overlook of your pet’s behavior during their appointments. We understand that many of our clients move quite frequently in a short amount of time, so what better way to make the transition easier than to have your pets behavior on paper (or virtually) for your next pet-care professional to acknowledge. We can’t tell you how many surprises we find from previous pet-care professionals not being so honest 😅
