If you have a scheduled appointment for tomorrow, January 6th, we will contact you if we have a closure that will affect your appointment.

Merry Christmas from all of us at Edgewater Animal Hospital!

We are closing at 12:30 PM today, December 24th and we will be CLOSED on December 25th for Christmas.

We will return to the office at 8:00 AM December 26th.

In continuation of our week long celebration of National Veterinary Technician Week, we want to celebrate Charissa Morris, LVT.
Charissa has been an amazing member of the Edgewater Animal Hospital Family since 2015! Over the years, her skills and experience have made her essential to our staff, our clients, and our patients. Charissa is very kind and considerate- she always makes your pet’s visit to the hospital as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
If you see Charissa, please let her know how much she is appreciated for all she does for all of us (PLUS- it is her birthday this weekend!!).

Autumn has worked at Edgewater for over 7 years, and we absolutely love her! Autumn is definitely one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Her smile and good mood create a welcoming environment for our clients and their pets. She loves what she does, and it shows in her work everyday. October 14th-19th is National Veterinary Technician week.

This is a great time for everyone to reach out and let your technicians know how much they are appreciated! To celebrate we will highlight one of our licensed technicians daily.

Today, we would like to celebrate and introduce Emily Anderson, LVT. Emily is our newest technician at Edgewater; however, she has been practicing as a licensed veterinary technician for over 15 years. Emily brings a lot of experience and knowledge to our team, and we are very lucky to have her. She takes great care in her work and strives to make sure that every pet is well taken care of and every owner’s concerns are addressed. If you see Emily around make sure that you let her know how much she is appreciated!

Our annual pet costume contest is returning this year! 🎃👻

Voting will be in person only at the clinic. Please bring in your submission photo printed out or email it to [email protected]. Please include a picture and name of your pet/costume. Submissions will be accepted through October 23rd and the winner will be announced November 1st.

Vote for your favorite pet with a monetary donation of your choosing. All donations will be given to a local pet charity at the end of our contest.

The winner (owner 😉) will receive a $25 gift certificate to Edgewater Animal Hospital to use however you choose!

We look forward to seeing all of your pets dressed in their cute, spooky, goofy, or funny costumes!
