🐶 Happy National Puppy Day! 😍
♥️ My first 2 puppies,Winston and Mabel, were only 4 weeks old and 2 months old. Both of them were rescues and the inspiration for our business.

Over time our family has grown to 3 Aussies, Kane, Willow and Lilly, all adopted at age 1-2 years old. Even though they weren't puppies at the time, if you know anything about Aussies, they are practically puppies for life! 😅 Forever young ♥️

END OF LIFE! This is a common term used in the Zero Waste community and something we take very seriously. Concentrating on the life cycle of a p**p bag isn't something most people take into consideration.

END OF LIFE... Where do your p**p bags go? Do you toss them in the trash? Does your city offer composting services? Do they allow pet waste in their composting facilities? Most of them are tossed in the trash which ultimately ends up in a landfill.

What kind of p**p bags do you use? Plain plastic? Compostable? Oxo-degadable? Flushable? (yes these exist) 🙄

Here are the options:
💩 Plain plastic is not an option in our world.
💩 Compostable bags seem like a good option, but unfortunately they require commercial composting to break down. Something I learned when I went down the p**p bag rabbit hole. Don't take my word for it, Google it!
💩 Oxo-degradable require oxygen to breakdown. Considering that landfills are required to bury your trash, this is not ideal conditions for these bags.
💩 Flushable...not a good idea. Yikes!
🌿 GREENLINE P**P BAGS...the only authentic Landfill Biodegradable Bag. Not to toot our own horn, but it's true! It's taken us almost 4 years of testing to validate our claims and we will celebrate with you once we reach 100% biodegradation! 🎉🎊🎉 Stay tuned!

✈️ A couple weeks ago I hit the road again to meet new friends in Colorado! My road trip with Megan and Erik was a blast! Erik taught me all about bullysticks, beef cheeks and hairy cow ears 🐄....so good for the doggies, and Megan gave us a tour of Colorado!

Thank you New Jersey for your kindness and hospitality ❤️ and I did a road trip from Northern New Jersey, down the Jersey Shore. 🚙

We fell in love with the people and places we visited and truly experienced The Garden State. Fall colors abound! 🍁🍂🍁

We ended our trip with event and spent time with pet owners that love their pets and care about the environment.

🤔 QUESTION...Do you know your bags???
When you go to the store do you look at the shelf and wonder which one is "really" earth-friendly? There's some good marketing out there but what's really in the box?

Let's take a look at the typical options...
🚫 PLAIN PLASTIC. YIKES! Not an option.
🚫 OXO-DEGRADABLE Bags: Require OXYGEN to breakdown. P**p bags get buried real fast in a landfill. This is considered an ANAEROBIC environment (in the absence of oxygen)
