Hey you! Yes…..you. No, don’t turn around looking for someone else. We are talking to YOU! ♥️

We are always looking for volunteers and welcome any questions you may have. It takes a very large community of staff and volunteers to keep the facility running daily. Currently, we are in desperate need of volunteers willing to walk our dogs. All our dogs get everything they need daily inside their kennels. There just aren’t enough of us to accomplish everything inside and walk dogs. Every single dog on earth deserves to be walked daily. We would LOVE for that to happen for our dogs but we need DOG WALKERS. Can you imagine staying inside a kennel 24/7 unless your kennel was being cleaned? Can you imagine not going on a walk or playing in the play yard unless a volunteer showed up? The small staff is overwhelmed with the amount of stray and surrendered dogs. They are doing everything they can for them, going above and beyond daily!
The dogs of Muskingum County need us to step up and do what we can. Please, we’re begging for your help and support. ♥️🐾

It's important to remember that sick cats and kittens are very expensive to take care of and get well before they can be adopted. This is a massive drain on the amount of funds a rescue has to work with and affects how much help can be given to others needing to be rescued. So reach out AS SOON AS YOU CAN when you see a cat or kitten(s) in need. Please do not wait and see if someone else steps up. YOU are there, YOU see, and YOU should say something.
