Today’s Hound Around Town is Goose! Goose is a marvelous, 12 year old black lab, full of tricks and pizazz. 💕 He is a masterful tennis ball carrier, easily loading up his mouth with at least 3 at a time! He’s an early to bed kind of guy, and a loud snorer! Goose has a passion for chasing rabbits and squirrels and loves to spend his days hanging with his humans. Let’s put our paws together for the Goose! 🐾🐶❤️

Tuesday’s HOUND AROUND TOWN is Penny. 💗Penny is an adorable 1 1/2 year old Cavapoo, who enjoys snuggling with her humans, playing with her toys and lounging in her dog bed. Penny can sometimes be a little picky at mealtime, however Local Hound Proper Topper has changed Penny into a kibble lover, gobbling up her food! Let’s give a great big TAIL WAG for Penny💕🐶🐾

Thursday’s HOUNDS AROUND TOWN are Franny & Gigi❤️ These two pups are all about LOVE! They love their humans and can’t be with out each other. Napping is the forte of these in synch hounds. Franny enjoys a sun bath snooze on the front porch, while Gigi prefers the comfort of a cozy blanket. Additionally, they both love themselves some Local Hound! Let’s wag our tails for Franny & Gigi! 🐾🐶❤️

Today’s HOUND AROUND TOWN is Flo! ❤️Flo is an OG taste tester for Local Hound. Fun facts about Flo, courtesy of her human, Marnie: 1) Flo gives the best hugs. For real, paws on your shoulder and all. 2) She loves to hop on a paddleboard and go for a ride. 3) She loves going hiking, swimming, and playing at the dog park- yet she is not afraid to snuggle on the couch with some of her favorite Local Hound treats and watch Netflix! Let’s put our paws together for Flo! 💕🐶🐾

Guster is a wee little man who loves his morning walks, afternoon naps, and evening zoomies. His hobbies include: burrowing under blankets, stealing socks, and burying treats. Guster isn’t afraid to tell you what he thinks, nor throw you a side eye when he’s not ready to do something.

Poppy is a delicate little ballerina trapped inside the body of a 50lb linebacker. When she walks her front paws flip flop loudly, while her back paws lightly bounce off the floor. Poppy loves chasing birds, barking at statues and sunbathing.
They are big LOCAL HOUND fans. Poppy likes to lick the Proper Topper off her food, while Guster wolfs down every morsel. Let’s give a great big WOOF to Gus & Poppy! 🐾🐶💕

Thursday’s HOUND AROUND TOWN is a pup named Putnam. 🐩💗Putnam is a young boy who has a deep love for Local Hound (but not as much as he loves his mama 😉) He is crazy about playing and will go all day if you let him. In his down time, Putnam enjoys snuggling on the couch. Putnam shares that Local Hound is his first choice to carry in his treat pouch when venturing to pet friendly shops around Buffalo and during scent competitions. This darling duo, are definite besties. Both rescues, they truly enjoy each other’s company. Keeva, is known for being a bit more outgoing, a wild little ball of energy, which of course brings Phoebe, a tired 9 year old, out of her shell for playtime parties. Treats are their passion - there is nothing but wide eyes and wagging tails when the Local Hound bag comes out! 🐶💕🐾

Griffin enjoys navigating his own walks, laying in high traffic areas, early bedtime and sleeping on his back with his paws straight up. Let’s give a great big bark out to Griffin! 🐶🐾❤️
