Thank you Mother Nature! 🌞 We are so thankful to have enough syrup to bottle again. Fingers crossed we can bottle one more time before the season is over. The warmer temps are going to end our season much sooner than expected 🍁😩

Usually, we have rubber boots on, dress in layers and are walking through mud. This year is a different story entirely- we have traded in our usual attire for snow boots & heavy jackets! 😳😩❄️

What a fun night in the Sugar Shack! 🍁 Cooking 150 gallons of sap, staying up late laughing with great friends, getting our first syrup run, having Bourbon Old Fashioned cocktails & using the smoking gun 🥃. And if that’s not enough, we tried Bock poking- too much fun!!

The evaporator is ready, the wood has been placed next to the Sugar Shack, the sap wagon is set up & the bulk tank is sanitized. All systems go!!
We are collecting sap now and will fire the evaporator soon-
