A new treat this week, Tulsi tea!
All grown right on the farm, a blend of four varieties of Tulsi (aka Holy Basil).

Never had it before? Think fruity, peppery, sweet, and refreshing.

Tulsi is an adaptogen; adaptogens promote overall wellbeing and balance in the body. Want to know more? Keep reading…

Three criteria for adaptogens:

🌱 Non-specific to any body system and must assist the body in resisting a wide range of adverse conditions, such as physical, chemical or biological stress. These may include environmental pollution, climate change, radiation, infectious diseases, and interpersonal disharmony.

🌱 Maintain homeostasis. These substances can offset or resist physical disorders caused by external stress.

🌱 Not harm the normal functions of the human body.

Try one to three cups a day and let us know the difference!

Our tea includes Rama (Ocimum tenuiflorum), Krishna (Ocimum sanctum), Vana (Ocimum gratissimum), and Temperate (Ocimum Africanum).

That’s right, here is your opportunity to work at Buffalo’s original pizza Farm!
Employment is part time, about 20 hours a week. Tasks involve helping with prep, making and balling dough, and working service.

Our hours are Wednesday evening 6:30 PM to 10 PM, Thursday morning 8 AM to 11:30 AM, and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM.

Starting rate is Is $15.50 per hour plus tips which increase the pay about $3 per hour with opportunity to advance.
Food service / prep experience is required, ideally experience working with dough and lots of vegetables!
