Day 3!
That’s a wrap on Summer Camp this year! On Wednesday we learned how to tie a “quick release” so that we can always safely tie our horses, as well as arena etiquette when riding with others! We had SO much fun this short week. We hope all of our riders have an excellent school year, and hope to see them back soon!

Would you believe us if we told you that Molly is 24? She still enjoys teaching littles the basics of riding.
Shoutout to our volunteers this week for helping to keep our oldest mare cool in this summer heat! She was bathed and braided with pink hair ties! Our very own Barbie horse💅🏻💗🎀

Day 2!
Today we worked on balance, and learned how that can make a huge difference while riding. We also made the cutest paintings with horse shoes! We can’t wait for our final day of summer camp tomorrow.

Day 1!
Although we had to play tag with the rain, we had a great day! The campers had a blast playing the brush game. We finished the day off making puppets and performing a show while it poured! We are ready for day 2! See everyone tomorrow💦🐴☀️

Our newest cat Karen adopted the baby kittens a few weeks ago. We got her at a feral cat last chance adoption center. She is the most loving non feral cat ever. So glad we gave her a chance and she took in those kittens like they were her own. animals are a blessing and teach us so much!❤️

Day 2! 🦋
Molly got a makeover, and we made a mess!! These smiles make it all worth it. Today the kids tried the english saddle and loved it! We also walked down the creek and found a small swimming hole. Great fun was had by all!!!

Day 1!
This week’s group is small but mighty! We are having so much fun with the horses, but are very thankful for the cold creek on these hot Georgia days!
We sent each kid home with their choice of a pumpkin or watermelon plant, nestled inside a pot that they decorated🎃🍉

Please share with your friends and communities. What happened below was so avoidable. People tend to let horses out at night in the summer due to extreme heat during the day. Sadly this is also fireworks season. Please please give the farms a warning if you know of fireworks going off. We won’t be mad. We would appreciate the warning so We can then take measures to put our animals away and safe so what sadly happened in Ga last night doesn’t happen again.

🏇🏇🏇 Our campers are off to the races They have been working with their horses and are confident as they ride to the gate! Making, running patterns, and “riding” obstacle courses with our “horses” today was so much fun!!!
Allie and Patch at the rodeo last night. ❤️
Along with the green grass and awesome hay we have this super fast feeding system. It weighs the food and supplements exactly and I believe this system is why the horses look so great. I call it “The Fantastic Elaina” (Elaina Maria Nicolini) but it keeps calling itself child labor 🤷♀️Every barn should have one installed. 🤣
Marilyn and Sassy✨ Sassy clearly got her name honestly…she always puts her own flair on everything! Such a cute pair!
Elaina tried Molly out on barrels And she said NO, Not for me! This princess was made for dressage thank you.
