Please take my apologizes on my delay in responding or replying or sending out messages and texts. We have had a rough weekend as our 19 year old senior Chihuahua Jolene passed away and I will be getting back to everyone hopefully by tomorrow
Sage hasn't seen Ms. Lilly for a few months. They have been going back and forth between playing and cobbing on each other 🤣
We are a family business (Colin does get paid), but our business is not just Pet and House Sitting. We can help with basic maintenance projects or helping maintain larger properties for extended periods of absence of the homeowners or doing home management. This part of the business is still in design, but I make the calendars and list, JP design the project management (He is a PMP) and Colin/I work with the homeowner guidance I have slowed down a bit over the years. And we are now at the point where Colin is still learning but we can manage lot of projects with adult guidance. He usually gets inpatient with his old mom moving so slow. So here is a promotional video (propaganda video of removing and eventually installing a shower. He gave me@permission to share. he is a theater kid so he is dramatic
Livestock enrichment is crucial for the well-being of animals and can have positive effects on their behavior and overall health. Providing opportunities for natural behaviors and social interaction is essential for ensuring a high quality of life for farm animals. I have been experimenting with some ideas and taking ideas from dogs and cat figuring ways to make it suitable for various livestock that I care for while their owners are away.
The modified pickle ball was a big hit. I cut out three spots on one ball and four on the other ball and put in cheerios-animal crackers. They spent almost 30 minutes today entertained and engaged
I think with goats we need to go with more of a tactile ball pit. Then actually ball pit, but they got to nosing around in the ball pit checking to see if those balls had treats that fall out. The key is to make sure the enrichment is not frustrating
