Molly and Tuna did their first intermediare 1 today!!! It was a joy to see Tuna so eager in the test and extremely focused! If this is just the beginning I cannot imagine where they’ll go. ❤️❤️❤️🦄🦄🦄😇😇😇

Pretty great day at regional finals!!!
I had the pleasure of competing on two 🇺🇸 bred 5 year old KWPN - NA horses and came away with reserve champion on Olga’s Secret!!
Olga’s Secret (Secret x De Niro) bred and owned by Olga Malafronte and Maria Mavroforakis was an absolute STAR in the insane conditions in the new indoor at WEC. She proved that mares truly are smarter! Hugely proud of her and thankful to have the opportunity to show her. To walk away with a second place day one and a reserve champion neck sash in the finals was just incredible.
Ostentatious H2O (Harvest X Rascalino) bred by Kendra Hansis and owned by Wendy Sasser and myself was so much fun to ride! He’s been quietly growing up, Up, UP to over 18 h so Wendy and I have not pushed him too hard. After a light spring we thought we’d pop him in a few shows and he’s been such a blast to work with. The environment at WEC had his eyes very wide so we didn’t get to fully show off all of our potential but I could not stop grinning while showing him! I feel so lucky to get to ride such fabulous horses!
Now on to Molly O'Brien and Tuna! Stay tuned 🥰🥰🥰

Postcard from summer camp! Baby T is loving his time up in Kentucky and is growing like a w**d! Here he is with his new bestie Valor. Valor seems so sweet! Can you believe T is a an entire year younger than Valor?!?!

I’m passionate about training horses up the levels and absolutely love to share my style with students. It is such a joy to get to help riders who share my passion for young horse training. Today I want to highlight and .dressage. They are both dedicated and tactful riders who truly want to enjoy the long journey with their horses. I see that they both care so much about their equine partners and are truly dedicated to their overall health and happiness. A special thank you to their parents and owners of the horses they ride. The future success of our sport depends on the younger generations wanting to become true horsemen and I feel so lucky to be a small part of these two lovely students journeys. Here’s to a very bright future and I’ll be your loudest cheerleader!!!!!

🏆 Festival of Champions 🏆
What a dream come true. Our first time ever attending and we ended up reserve champions in the Grand Prix division on a NA bred horse!!! I have so many people and sponsors to thank so I’ll do each one separately as a caption for each photo.

Festival of champions is a show that I’ve eagerly watched online for years and this year we thought maybe it would be a good idea to go in person. Wendy and I packed our rig to the gills and we drove up to Chicago together. My super coach Allison Brock has been revamping our training strategy and we have found so much more available in his quality which blows me away after already been working so well in the GP. I was thrilled to be able to showcase a bit of it this week even though things aren’t 100% solid yet. I really have to thank everyone who is part of “team Ramzes” for helping us to shine. Owner Wendy Sasser for literally riding every stride with us. Molly O'Brien for taking impeccable care of Ramzes and putting up with spazzy horse show me. Lauren Bamford for being our rock/macgyver/cheerleader and all around badass. I have to thank each sponsor for making sure we both look and feel our best. He was bred by Cornell University with a mare and stallion donated to the program from Iron Spring Farm. I’m so grateful that Wendy has believed in us all these years even when I did not. There are so so many hard days and down times in this sport so I am thrilled to celebrate those special highs when they come along. Cheers to everyone who competed last week!!
