WT Frenchmans Pistol from Horses of Sundance Meadows ! I just knew I was gonna love hopping on him from the get go. Super soft to the leg and nimble, but holds a lot of power to his stride. Stay tuned for flag videos too. ☺️

Loving how they’re growing. Whiskey will be getting started around spring time which I am super excited for. Can’t believe she’ll be 3 already!

Concho and Rosie on a snowy trail ride on Wednesday ☺️

It’s good to get your horses out of the arena as much as possible, it’s great for their brain and body. Especially with all our hills up here they can really engage themselves naturally, in ways we can’t always get in an arena setting.

Arena is starting to look a little better. Spent a couple hours moving sand to the middle to balance it out and it’s looking good. ☺️

Potato’s eighth ride on Thanksgiving! I definitely loved having him, super smart and talent c**t for sure! My main focus was a lot of softening to the bridle and staying forward, and he really developed a nice stop and back once he figured it out. Definitely loved how sturdy he was under saddle. Though my short legs struggled 😂

Potato’s first trail ride! And also his 7th ride. He was so good ☺️

Testing out the new pivo pod Kerri got me!
I love it since I don’t have friends to film me I have my own robot friend 😂

Izzy showing them how it’s done, working on picking her up off her front end a lot in this video since she wants to reach her head too far now. Working on pushing her body around more with spurs, she’s not very happy about it but she puts the energy into her movement. Still need to work on loosening her back in her stop from the lope.

This kicka$$ appy pony is for on site lease, she’d make a really nice ranch pony for a gritty rider who wants to progress in their riding journey.

Screenshots from a ride with Scooter the other day. Had to delete the video because my phone was about to blow up from the 29 minute video. I’ve been playing with the loping hackamore, he struggles to carry himself as well in it but he definitely had some shining moments throughout the video. I would get a couple strides at a time where he’d had suspension and really carry himself.

What I like about the loping hack is I can feel his heaviness. You’re basically asking them to carry themselves with the pressure of a rope on their nose and the thin leather hangar on their poll. However since he’s had poll tension I figured this would be very telling to try a hack out.

‼️Lesson spots opening up as well‼️

I will have to two training stalls opening mid November. C**t starting focused but will also take in problem horses as well.

Groundwork, drive lining, starting under saddle, trail riding, ranch riding, barrels, huntseat, tune ups, you name it!

‼️Now offering for onsite lease‼️

This is Izzy! She is a 7 year old, 14hh Appaloosa pony. She would do best with an intermediate/advanced, confident rider that wants to ride a couple days a week. Stands in the cross ties and can fall asleep there, picks up all fours, loves to be brushed and braided. She has been trail ridden solo and in small groups and does well. She will test you, but once you get her respect she truly is a ball of talent. She has been started in basic ranch riding, still needs some support in her self carriage when loping however has made serious improvement in a short amount of time. Has a great backup and a nice frame. She has been worked on the cutter flag a couple times and is starting to undestand the concept. Has a basic rollback and w/t lateral work. Very soft to the leg and starting to get a nice neck rein. Getting more confident crossing the crick and big ruts in the trail each ride. I really think with the right person this mare will excel in whatever she does.

A larger video including arena work and snippets of a solo trail ride is available I just need to upload it to some part of the internet.

For any of our leases we do require a weekly lesson that is not included in lease price. This helps keep horse and rider headed in the right direction!

PM for more information if interested! Thank you 😊

Little over 4 and a 1/2 month difference for this guy 🩵 Willie finally looks like a healthy, happy horse. Even though he has one of the best side-eyes I have ever seen, he is such a kind soul
