We are so thankful for our girls recovery progress so far! ❤️‍🩹

Our trip to Texas gave me some much needed time to refresh and regroup as we go into the fall season. I am so excited to share more of our adventures coming up! Love to you all from us and the weenies🫶🏻🐾

Our girl is ICONIC. She's doing so well in spite of her herniated disc and inability to fully use her back legs. While she absolutely hates being on crate rest and being secluded from the other weens, she is doing so well and is loving all the 1:1 attention she's getting from us. We are so thankful that this incident has not broken her spirit, and she continues to improve little by little every day.

We are so thankful for all the wonderful messages we've received from everyone, whether it's an encouraging message, advice on how to help her, or just sharing your similar experiences, we have read every single message. It is hard to respond to everyone, but just know we do so appreciate all of your kind words.

We know Hazel has a whole community from all over the world rooting her on.

We love you all! Please continue to pray for our little warrior 🙏🏻🐾

A PSA for dachshund parents: it can literally be the slightest thing that hurts their back 😭

Hazel was having a grand ol' time playing with her housemates but somehow she got tangled up with the others in a scuffle and hurt her back. I heard a little yelp and suddenly she was dragging both of her back legs.

A quick trip to the ER later and we found out she has a herniated disc. For now we are so thankful that it was not severe enough to warrant surgery, but we are closely monitoring her symptoms.

While Hazel was not formally diagnosed with she is of course more prone to having disc injuries because she is a dachshund. Our vet did say that IVDD could be the culprit even though it was brought on by an 'injury'.

We are going to document her recovery journey in hopes to raise awareness for those of you that have low rider furbabies ❤️‍🩹

Thank you to everyone who reached out and has continued to pray for Hazel's recovery. We love you all and are so grateful for this community 🫶🏻🐾

As some of you know, 2 of our pups went to their new homes this weekend. While these moments are bittersweet, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate how amazing Stella has been as a first time mama. She was so amazing through every stage and we are so so grateful for her love and trust with these little ones 🥹

We have some adventures planned for her in our off season, so stick around to watch all of our outings and home life with Stella and her housemates 🫶🏻
