We have a bit of a dilemma at Front Line Equine. Our new filly has captured everyone’s hearts, but there’s some debate about her name. She arrived with the name Pepper, which we can keep, but others have suggested Bell. Her registered name is TC Heather, so we’re open to ideas!
We won’t be considering names that are disrespectful to her royal lineage. Captain Call’s mare in Lonesome Dove comes to mind.
Take a look at her help us find the perfect name for this beautiful girl!

A huge thank you to Tammy Bohlke for going above and beyond to bring TC Heather home to Front Line Equine. She could have made a nice profit on this beautiful filly but chose to make her affordable for us instead. Our veterans and first responders will learn so much from her. What an incredible opportunity! Help support our program at: FrontLineEquine.org

The Rosie Project
At Front Line Equine, we've welcomed a feral mustang named Rosie, who spent her first five years roaming wild in the mountains of Nevada. Though she received some initial training after being adopted, she has spent the last few years largely unhandled. Wild mustangs often revert to their natural instincts when not regularly handled, and Rosie is no exception. While we've been told she may never become a reliable riding horse, the goal of The Rosie Project isn't to rush her retraining process. Instead, we're focused on using her journey as a learning experience for our veterans and first responders, teaching them the skills and patience required to work with a feral horse. We’re unsure of the final outcome, but we do know our participants are eager to be part of this unique challenge. Stay tuned as we document her progress and the dedicated efforts of the veterans and first responders helping her along the way.
