Christmas at The Collective!

Dinner:

Jalapeño Cheddar Bread, Mayo Mix, Elk Pastrami, Fred's Sauerkraut.

For Mayo Mix:
1 cup Mayo, 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon dried & crushed pablano peppers.

Grill the inside slices of buttered bread on medium/low heat. When nicely browned, remove from skillet onto a plate and spread Mayo mixture on the browned slice of bread. Add desired amount of pastrami and well-drained sauerkraut. Butter the outside slices of bread and return to skillet, grilling until nicely browned, and flipping to grill the other side. (Like making grilled cheese)

Homemade Pie 🥧

My mother-in-law, affectionately known as "Gram", made this wonderful, apple pie with sweet cream and cinnamon. Oh my goodness, it was sooooo good. I think I have her recipe almost perfected, and with my grandma's homemade, buttery crust, it could almost compete with her apple pie 🙂

Also available, pumpkin, cherry and a variety of 5" pies. Want a fresh one straight from the oven? We have frozen, take & bake pies as well.

We are still picking tomatoes, and praying for rain!! For those that put off making your juice, sauces, and salsa, we can supply you with canners. And the good news, our tomatoes are chemical free, picked fresh, and ready to be enjoyed. The season is coming to an end, sadly, so get 'em while you "can" 😁🍅🍅🍅
