***KIZZY NEEDS A FOSTER/FOREVER FOSTER/ADOPTIVE HOME***

Kizzy is approximately 7-7.5 years old. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on routine vetting. She received a ProHeart12 in March so will not need monthly heartworm preventatives until March/April 2025. She has had test after test after test after test for urinary incontinence and is on daily medication for that. We have come to the conclusion that the majority of the issue is not completely medical. She does great when someone is home most of the time and she can be let out to potty every 3-4 hours. She does not care too much to be crated when no one is home (lots of barking/some pottying). She would be happiest and would do best in a home with no other pets. Kizzy is on prescription food. As a foster or forever foster, the rescue covers her preventatives, medication and food.

Kizzy LOVES to be outside, loves to go for walks, loves to go for car rides and is GREAT at the vet. Foster mom LOVES her but her job is changing in December to where she will be gone LONG hours and will not be able to run home to let Kizzy out during the day.
We REALLY want her next move to be a forever place for her. She really is the sweetest girl.....she just needs a little patience and a lot of time at home with someone there.

Kizzy is currently located in Fridley, MN. We can absolutely put you in contact with her current foster mom to answer questions or provide more information about her. At this point, we feel like an adopter probably isn't likely (I mean, it could happen?) so a foster would need to understand that this is for LONG term or possibly a forever foster situation. We are willing to transport Kizzy out of Minnesota but ONLY with a 100% firm foster commitment.

We would be willing to waive her adoption fee if an approved adopter is found for her.

Please, please help us find a place for Kizzy. She deserves a forever place of her own.
