Wondering what to make for dinner this week?
We don’t get tired of roasts! While it can be easy to make the “old faithful” recipe - here’s a swap to spice things up!
Roasts are extremely versatile and are definitely a favorite of ours. And birria is an amazing use of some delicious beef. You can use it to make tacos (🤤), chipotle bowls, or even pizza. (Last week we made sourdough naan bread, topped it with birria, cilantro, pickled red onions, and sour cream.)
Obviously using our beef does make it extra tasty. The next butcher date is in August and is filling up!
