Finished off the day with a nail trim/paw shave, another sanitary shave for a kitty and a nice lion cut for this big fellow Magnus 😻😻😻 he was such a good boy for his hair cut and looks/feels so much better!

So far today I have had the pleasure of working with these cuties for nail trims, ear cleanings and a sanitary shave for our kitty friend Winter! They all did so well in their homes for each of their little spa treatments.

I don’t normally do pet sitting, but this family needed some urgent help after their guy Jeffrey broke his leg a week ago and they were heading to a family wedding today. I was happy to oblige and spend my Saturday night with these 2 cuties 🙂

Hey everyone! Since I have some new followers I wanted to introduce myself a bit.
My name is Julia Miller. I’ve been a licensed vet tech for 12 years now and have been in the field ever since. I’ve loved animals since a young age and always wanted to work with them. This career choice has been beyond fulfilling and I’ve made so many friends in the field who I’ve grown to love. My goal is to be able to continue doing what I love while my kids are in school. I’ve been offering relief work for over 6 months now and have recently decided to start offering in home services.
I’m proud to be able to hand down my love for animals to my children and educate the people I love on how to best care for their fur babies ❤️

Hi everyone! I have some news! I’ll be starting to offer at home pet services next month! This includes, nail trims, a**l gland expressions and sanitary shaves ❤️ I will be staying local to the Burton area for now until we get a schedule down. I’m excited to start this new chapter and hope you will all share with your friends!

This isn’t the greatest video in the world. Today we had a squishy pitbull come in that was positive for heartworm 😩 treatment is expensive and takes quite a toll on the health of dogs. It’s much more cost effective to prevent than to treat! This is your friendly reminder to treat year round for heartworm!
The video shows microfilaria under the microscope (tiny squiggly lines that are moving). These are the baby heartworms that travel through the blood stream to infect the heart.
