This is Bear...he is a big boy! Bear is about 4 1/2 yrs old. He is a big baby really. He obviously thinks he is a lap dog...and we aren't telling him any different! He does prefer a home with no other dogs. Stop in tomorrow at 12 to meet Bear.

Why is this handsome boy still with us?! He has been at HSGC since March 2024 😔
Bubba James is such a good boy. He is a 4 1/2 year old Coonhound 🐾. He is partially house trained, but with consistency he will catch on. Stop in to meet this handsome boy ❤️

Meet Leo and Thor!
Leo and Thor are a bonded pair of kitties that need to be adopted together. They are both around a year old and as you can tell they take relaxing very serious. They can be a little nervous when you first meet them, but once they warm up they are cuddle bugs! Stop in to meet this dynamic duo 🐱❤️🐱

Tickets are now on sale at HSGC for this years Pucks Four Paws! Join us on November 8th to see the Flint Firebirds take on the Peterborough Petes. Tickets are $18 for the human. Receive your dog ticket free that night by bringing any of the items listed on the flyer ($10 minimum retail value).
Must show proof of rabies that night before getting dog ticket. No dogs under 4 months will be permitted. All dogs must be on a leash.

Meet Miggy…again 😢
Miggy has been at HSGC since 11-13-23…almost a year! Miggy is about 4 1/2 years old. He is house trained and would do best in a home with no cats. One of our adoption counselors said “He really is the sweetest! We don’t understand why no one asks to see him. He loves playing with balls, but also knows how to relax on the couch!”

We have a very sweet senior cockatiel name Big Bird up for adoption. Big Bird is about 25 yrs old. Cockatiels can sometimes live to be 30 yrs old! Big bird is looking for a nice retirement home. Stop in today and be Big Bird's savior
