They specialize in breeding small parrots and hand rearing birds from parakeets to macaws. They also specialize in rabbits. Holland lops jersey woolies and Flemish giants. Both Katie and her mom believe in working with birds to make them social

and sweet for their forever homes. Wings Wags and Whiskers is a bird store, a small animal store and a dog,and cat food store with toys for all. We have great foods and supplements for pets, all natural products when available, enrichment services and small animal boarding. We carry Diamond Naturals , Taste of the Wild, Answers, Canidae, Primal, Harrisons, Tops, Zupreem, Goldenfeast, Higgins and many others. Our plan is to promote health and wellness through food for your animals. We are bringing in cottage industry toys and want to bring back that unique small town charm in our store. Stephanie is a US Army veteran and Katie has a unique talent with the birds. She has autism and the birds and rabbits at the store help her stay centered and focused.

We wish this year's 33 Iditarod mushers good luck! Since 2008, the Iditarod Ceremonial start coincides with Susan Butcher Day.

At age 20, Susan moved to rural Alaska with four dogs, dog food, a sack of flour, a slab of bacon, and a jar of peanut butter. She built her kennel by working summer jobs and living off the land - sometimes feeding her dogs instead of herself - and became the first person to win three consecutive Iditarod championships from 1986-1988. She went on to win the race three more times and was known for her excellent care for and deep bond with her dogs: "The most important thing...is to train my dogs a trust and be trusted relationship." We have one of out babies back with us looking for his forever home. Super sweet talks. Healthy does not even have a bald spot. One of the largest cockatiels we have ever bred. Approved home only. He has a very nice large cage is fully flighted and needs to remain that way. Of you would like to meet him please direct message us.

Now accepting deposits on the continental giant/flemish. I t hi nk the ahorter back on the contis is preferable to the flemish long back for health reasons. Easpecially if you have a rabbit that likes jumping and binkies!
