Amadeus got his FETCH dog title today! 🥇

We were invited last minute and had zero preparation. I didn’t even know the rules of this test 😂 I put Amadeus at a severe disadvantage during the first test. I brought a green toy thinking it would be bright colored. However, the test was in a field and the toy was absolutely invisible after I threw it. So Amadeus ended up scent hunting the first test, but he did find the toy all three times! 😮‍💨

During the next portion of the test, we switched toys to something more visible and he was a machine! 💪

We progesterone tested Ayla on Thursday 3/14 and our vet recommended to breed Ayla Friday and Saturday. So off she went to Tennessee to meet with Worf! We will know if Ayla is pregnant in 30 days, April 15th!

We are so excited to see if she is growing future service dogs over the next 30 days!

Ayla is officially in heat!

Ayla will be traveling to Tennessee to breed to this incredibly handsome stud. Our next litter will be focused towards producing Service Dog prospects and family companion dogs! Both parents are Health Tested through OFA/PennHIP Embark & Wisdom.

Royalair’s LT CMDR Worf is out of similar bloodlines as our big GSD, Royalair’s Saber Tooth Tiger. The temperament and biddablity of these dogs make for excellent service dog candidates, specifically mobility, item retrieval, and medical alert.

If we have a successful breeding, puppies should be expected mid/late May and be ready to head to their new handlers by mid/end July!

We will be starting our waiting list once we have a successful breeding!

🎓✨PROUD MOM MOMENT!!! ✨🎓

Over the last couple weeks I have been working on teaching Saber to “Fetch” items as part of Service Dog task work, item retrieval. This morning he was able to bring my coffee to me, in bed!!! 🙌🏻👏🐕‍🦺

While Saber is not a Service Dog, we hope to produce puppies in the future that will be ideal candidates for service work such as (Mobility & Stability, Psychiatric, Medical Alert ect).

Congratulations to Alanah & Ptero Von Wilzenberg BCAT FDC ATT

Ptero earned THREE AKC titles today! His first Fast CAT title, Farm Dog Certification Test and AKC Temperament Test!!

He also got some experience, swimming off the dock in the dock diving pool! He will be a dock diver in no time!

We worked in the rain this morning practicing important confidence building exercises and body awareness on this great obstacle course! 🐕‍🦺🐕🐩🦮🦴🐾Puppy training is continuous! It is important to continue socializing and exposing your puppy to new situations and environments until they reach maturity!
