We are always seeking ways to improve our services and bring the best possible experience to our clients. One of the first things we set out to do this year was to upgrade our business line to make communication easier and quicker for you!

ATTN CLIENTS - INCLEMENT WEATHER NOTICE -

Since our training happens in the warmth and comfort of your home, it's important that we can travel there safely. Often unpredictable weather, icy roads or snowy, frigid conditions during the winter can make travel treacherous. This can result in not being able to give you and your dog the full attention and quality training session you deserve.
To ensure everyone stays safe, we may need to reschedule some appointments during the winter season. This is especially true for appointments out of our service area or outdoor appointments. If you are scheduled for outdoor work and the temperature is under 28°F you will be contacted, and your appointment will be rescheduled to the earliest available time. We are always keeping a close eye on the forecast and will be in touch with you directly if your session needs to be moved. This could sometimes be at the last minute. If there are school closures for weather and travel is hazardous, chances are we will reschedule.
We understand that rescheduling can be disruptive and frustrating for our clients. We deeply appreciate your understanding and flexibility at this time. If we need to reschedule, we promise to do our best to find a convenient time for you as quickly as possible and if you would like, we will even meet with you virtually (via Zoom) while awaiting your new session date.

Happy Thanksgiving!
We are so thankful for our families, friends, our beloved pets, and all of our amazing clients and their pups.
Remember to take some time to spend with the ones you love this holiday weekend.
We will be out of the office until December 3rd for some rest, relaxation and to spend time with the ones we love as well.

Rachel was diagnosed with Pancreatitis last night at the hospital and is now home recovering. Luckily, Lochlan is a great nurse and is working hard to help.
Sessions for the next 3 days have been rescheduled while Rachel is on the mend. If you are awaiting correspondence, it may take a little extra time right now.

It's never easy to say goodbye.
Today, Rachel and family said their final goodbye to their old lady dog, Agatha.

Please allow for extra time right now while we grieve our sweet girl. If you're waiting to hear from us, you will but turn around time is a little longer right now.

We had a blast today at the Garrett Fifield Memorial Mutt Strut! Ghost and Tiangou both worked the event, and we handed out some pup cups at our Muttchiato Bar. Everyone was just lovely, and we went on to win Best Costume as monsters! It was a beautiful day for a wonderful walk!
