🐶 Kennel Attendant Position Available 🐶
We are seeking a Kennel Attendant to help take care of the fur babies in our Kennel & Home. We primarily deal with dogs, but you should be familiar with animal care and grooming techniques for a variety of domesticated animals. You will be responsible for exercising dogs, feeding and bathing and keeping the kennels and common areas clean. Experience caring for animals, whether professionally or not, is crucial for this position. You also need to be physically fit to help move 40lb dog food from garage to Kennel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Clean kennels and common areas
-Play with animals and exercise dogs
-Feed animals on a set schedule
-Administer medications
-Provide customer service to visitors wishing to adopt a pet in the event the owners are not available.
-snapping cute videos of puppies for social media
Requirements and Qualifications:
-A high school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
-Experience working with animals; kennel -management experience preferred
-Physical stamina
-Familiarity basic grooming techniques and social media marketing
