I have been transitioning to working mobile, as well as training one of my groomers to take on mobile clients. This leaves 2 open spots in the salon for groomers! If you or anyone you know could be a good fit with us, please send them my way! I'm developing an awesome training program and have had so much success training those with little to no experience.
We are seeking Pet Groomers and Assistants (bathers) to join our team! Brady's GR was founded by a groomer on family values. We understand the importance of work-life balance and continue to provide a non-toxic work place for our team.

Professionals in this industry often experience burn-out, but at Bradys we have measures and systems in place which help us avoid feeling burnt out. We enjoy coming to work everyday, help each other, and have a full team who supports each other. We currently have 6 team members, and are adding 2 groomers, and 1-2 Assistants. A few details:
Objective of this role:
🐾 Deliver outstanding customer service to pet owners by executing style requests, communicating clearly and honestly, and bringing a positive attitude to work each day
🐾 Provide exemplary cosmetic care for pets, being gentle and patient with anxious and difficult dogs of all breeds
🐾 Protect the best interests of our customers and their pets, notifying owners of any concerns, including skin abnormalities, ear infections, ticks, and fleas
Responsibilities:
🐾 Provide full grooming services which adhere to professional standards.
🐾 Communicate and consult with clients
🐾 Assist the front desk with phone calls, scheduling, and answering client questions.
🐾 Daily salon cleaning and sanitation
🐾 Handle dogs and occasionally cats in a safe and professional manner
