2 bonded longhair tabby sisters are in search of their forever homes! These girls originally came into rescue as a temporary safe space for them while their owner went into a rehab facility, they are doing well in foster, and have both been spayed and vetted. Their owner has decided it would be best if they would find a new home together. These girls are about 3-4 years old, and good with dogs, cats and kids, use their box, and are fully vetted. Twenty seven adoptions this weekend!!!!! Twenty seven! Every single cat we brought has found a new home!!! Thank you bloomer community for everything you have done for us! Between donations, adoptions, and simply saying hi! 3 pups and 19 kitties went home this week❤️ The tabby cats were all very fortunate this week and 9 found their forever homes! We will be at the bloomer fair for 3 more days with our last 2 adoptable adults for the moment, and the last of our kittens that are vetted and ready! (don’t worry there will always be more, they’re just busy growing in foster with their mamas)

We will be at the Bloomer County Fair next weekend from Thursday - Sunday! We will have 30+ adoptable kittens available as well as some dogs if anyone is interested in attending! We will also be having a bake sale again if anyone is interested in making some baked goods or pies please send us a private message!

These pups are now safe with a loving foster and out of their horrible living conditions! All 4 will be available for adoption after they’re fully vetted! Mama is about 2 years old, she is the tan and white female, her daughter is a 8 month old blue/white female from a previous litter, and then there are 2, 7 week old pups, a male and a female. Any donations of food, toys, or monetary donations would be greatly appreciated for their care! Please pm if you’re interested in adopting any of these pups! The puppies are doing great in foster and are already learning crate and potty training, both females are good with other dogs, and dog savvy cats, and do wonderfully with children!

10 more cats were fixed and returned to their owners!❤️ Standing out the most is our 15 year old girl who had her FINAL litter of kittens after creating over 1500+ cats in her family tree, she handled surgery like a champ and is back ruling her farm again!

4 bonded pairs of kittens went home this week as well as 5 other kitties! We want to say an extra thank you to all of our repeat adopters, and the 3 adopters this week who came back and picked up some kitties to foster not even 24 hours after adopting! THANK YOU to all of our former and current fosters, we couldn’t do what we do without you!

This sweet, sweet old man was abandoned in Clam Lake, WI 2 days ago. He is neutered, and has very few (rotten) teeth left, the vet estimated him to be 14-16 years old. As if his story couldn’t be worse, we originally thought upon intake he had a tumor, he was brought into the vet the next morning, and the lump you see on him is actually his kidney and intestine, so he had to have also been hit by a vehicle or had a similar trauma. Despite all of this, all that this boy wants is love. He is scheduled tomorrow for a surgery to repair his injuries and get a dental procedure. Any monetary donations to offset his surgery would be greatly appreciated, please share if you are able. This lucky guys has earned himself the name “Willie”, any donations to help Willie get his surgery or any other questions on how to donate please message me! Willie is available to a foster to adopt home, he is not shy at all, very outgoing, and good with every person and animal he has met, he has also been great with his litter box in his short time here. This is also your reminder to please not abandon your animals, please reach out to your local rescues, this poor old guy didn’t deserve any of this.

One thousand five hundred! That’s how many homeless animals we have helped in the past three years alone through our local rescue clients, Davey’s Cat Pit Stop and Chequamegon Humane Association! Whether it be spay, neuter, dental care, vaccinations, or other medical or surgical care, we do it all. We have donated over $80,000 of surgical and medical care to these two organizations in the past three years alone. This is our way of making the world a better place. What’s yours? 🐾❤️ 🐕 🐈‍⬛

All of these kitties were TNR’d this week! Thank you NorthStar Veterinary Clinic for everything you do and always accomidating our stinky friends so they can be released as soon as possible!
