Here is how your auction should look: ITEM & DESCRIPTION List the item to be auctioned with a detailed description. STARTING BID ($5, or WHATEVER IT MAY BE in USD$) STATE WHETHER THERE IS A RESERVE OR NOT (THE PRICE of the reserve DOES NOT HAVE TO BE TOLD) LOCATION OF ITEM Canada, USA, etc. (If you choose not to ship internationally, please state so in your auction ad. ALL items are eligible to be shipped to USA. This is a USA group. ) SHIPPING COST/PAYPAL FEES (ALL SHIPPING IS CONSIDERED FROM/IN USA UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED) Freight gouging will not be tolerated. Please ask for reasonable shipping. Remember international shipping WILL COST MORE. BIN (Buy It Now) if there is one, the PRICE MUST BE STATED IN THE AD. END DATE (EXAMPLE: 4/23/13 Must be MONTH, DAY, YEAR) END TIME (8PM ETC) AND THE TIME ZONE (PACIFIC, CST, ECT) IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TIME ZONE YOU ARE IN, PLEASE CHECK LINK BELOW. This page is NOT for assorted clothes, t-shirts, jeans, shoes, belts, caps, jewelry, purses, chaps, open supplements, vitamins, and electrolytes: anything that you feed to a horse that is open and has been used, other accessories, and home decor. This page IS for tack, bits, training aids, Wrangler jeans only, Cowboy hats, riding boots, show/rodeo shirts that button down only, saddles, saddle accessories, and other barrel racing paraphernalia. If you list clothing or fashion boots, they will not be accepted. No Posting Horses, Dogs, or other animals or Dogs for sale or trade. No "Like" a page postings or contests. No eBay ads!! 2. Please NO creating new documents. If you create an album, please do keep up with it! 3. Auctions will only be allowed a 7 day max but can have any min you would like. 4. This page was not designed or intended to advertise retail businesses/websites/pages. If you sell tack you are allowed to post one picture in your ad along with the description. You can only post items you currently have for sale. Must provide actual picture if buyer asks to assure it is not a stock photo. 5. BUYERS: If you opt to do the BIN (buy it now) option, it must be paid for within 12 hours, otherwise it will be put back up for sale and you may be banned. SELLERS: If one person asks for the bin option, the bidding may still continue until paid. If BIN goes unpaid, auction continues until end. Clarification on the BIN process: A bin can be done at any point in the auction up UNTIL the set BIN price has been reached with the bidding. at that point, the BIN is no longer valid and the auction must continue on as a normal auction. The seller has until BEFORE THE FIRST BID is placed. If you would like to do the bin option THE BIN PRICE MUST BE MENTIONED IN THE AD! and then the seller needs to say bin pending. This way there is no confusion and no secret buying through pming. 6. YOU HAVE 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME THE INVOICE HAS BEEN SENT, TO PAY FOR ITEMS THAT YOU BID ON AND WON (unless other payment options have been clarified by seller.) The invoice should not be sent any later then 12 hours after the ending of the auction. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY BY THIS RULE YOU WILL BE DELETED THE FIRST TIME. You must get back to the seller/buyer within 24 hours of winning/selling an item. Please only bid if you are serious about buying!! NO BACKING OUT/DELETING BIDS, THIS RESULTS IN IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN. 7. All items will be deleted every Sunday that are a week old. Sellers who do not work their sold/old auctions will lose listing privileges. 8. ONE picture per ad, you are more than welcome to make a collage! Auctions with more than one photo will be deleted with no explanation. If you add another picture/post of something you already had listed, go back and delete the previous picture/post, this is your responsibility as member. 9. POOR TRANSACTIONS: If you have a poor transaction and have tried to resolve the issue, you can add them to the poor seller/buyer(s) list under "files" (only names are allowed, NO COMMENTS). Once a person is placed on the list 2 times they will be removed and banned from the group. Admins are not responsible for buyer/seller transactions, be responsible for your transactions. It is a buyer beware market! *Message the admins with any questions you may have! Please do not post your issues on the wall for everyone to see. 10. BE RESPECTFUL. You must be respectful to all other members. If you don't have anything nice to say, then DON'T say anything at all. 11. If you post for a BANNED person YOU WILL ALSO BE BANNED. You are not allowed to "place" a bid for someone else. If someone would like to bid on something then they need to be a member and bid for themselves. 12. BUMPING RULE: No bumping before a 12 hour time period on ad, this includes comments to bump unless you are answering a specific question. You are allowed one free bump the day that your ad ends but only one extra so choose wisely as when to use it!! 13. This page is for AUCTIONS ONLY. NO TRADES!! THIS PAGE IS NOT A SEARCH ENGINE. There is a "wanted items“ file under the files tab. You may post your wanted items there and only there! All others will be deleted without notice. And yes, you can get to it on your phone. 14. DO NOT HAVE ITEMS LISTED THAT ARE NOT IN YOUR POSSESSION. THIS MEANS NO DROP SHIPPING ITEMS AND BE PREPARED TO SHOW ACTUAL PHOTOS IF ASKED TO PROVE THEY ARE NOT STOCK PHOTOS. 15. Please state your country of listing. (i.e. USA, Canada, etc.) Make sure buyers are aware of higher international shipping rates. Buyers, ask questions before bidding. 16. Sellers, you have until the first comment to add any kind of changes: Paypal, shipping, etc. All fees must be mentioned in the auction. There will be no additional charges once the auction is over. Once a price is agreed upon for shipping, then price is set in stone. It is your responsibility as a seller to calculate the correct price. 17. Please do not bid in penny or cent increments. Keep it to dollar or above bids. 18. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE FULL AD. Many questions can be answered just by reading. 19. ONE item per ad, that means NO multiple items in one auction unless it is for a LOT. If you have two pairs of polos to sell then please make two ads. 20. DO NOT ask a seller what the reserve is on an item and do not PM to find out. They will tell you when it has been met. A quiet reserve means you state that there is a reserve to meet. A listed reserve means you place the reserve with the $ amount written. 21. No more than 5 active auctions allowed on the page per person, this goes for dealers as well. All auctions must be completed and deleted before new ones are allowed to be posted. 22. DO NOT ARGUE WITH AN ADMIN. They are here to enforce the rules and arguing with them will result in ban. 23. SHIPPING TIME is 48 business hours! If item is custom made, then list lead time in ad. 24. All photos are to be ACTUAL photos. No stock pictures. 25. Why does the auction end at 5:59 if the ad says it ends at 6? Because when the clock strikes the time of ending, it stops all bids. Last bid (5:59:59) is the last one to get in before clock stops at 6 o'clock. 26. DO NOT thread 'highjack' by posting on someones ad that you sell the item cheaper or that it can be bought cheaper somewhere else, etc. If you want to contact the person by PM, do so, but do not do it on the thread. All buyers/bidders are responsible for doing there own research on items they want to bid on before doing so. PLEASE REPORT ANY SPAMMING SO WE CAN REMOVE IT.
