I just spoke to Kennel Masters (Chicken Chips). UPS called them this morning and was not willing to reship it to me at a different address but will send it back to them and they will reship it to me. It makes no sense but it is what it is.

I went ahead and filed a claim with UPS about the Chicken Chips, even though I know where they’re at. They just seem to be stuck there, so I’m hoping the claim I filed will get the ball rolling and the treats delivered. Fingers crossed 🤞

I do not groom animals. I never have and never will. I get a good many calls and messages asking me to but that is something I don’t know how to do well enough and have no interest in learning. I don’t mind people asking if I do but I am over being spoken to in such a disrespectful manner.

For the most part people are nice when I tell them I don’t groom and I’ve struck up some friendly conversations with a few of them but lately, people feel entitled enough to fuss at me, yell at me and even cuss at me over a service I’ve never done nor have ever advertised that I do.

Please do not speak disrespectful to me over YOUR misunderstanding because you don’t understand what “pet boutique” means (it means a store, not a groomer) or because someone told you that I groom. That is not a “me” problem, that is a “you” problem and I will not be nice any longer while being fussed at over this matter.

Now if you’d like to buy something from my business, have me pet sit for you or for me to book a vacation for you, please (nicely😂)call me or visit our temporary store location. And THANK YOU to everyone who has nicely spoke to me when asking about grooming.

We have been in contact with Kennel Masters (Chicken Chips) this morning as well as our local UPS driver, trying to get the shipment delivered. Kennel Masters is now trying to get them to release the package from the Unadilla UPS warehouse and bring it to us. UPS is not making it easy at all but we appreciate your patience and we will hopefully have the Chicken Chips shipment soon.

Since we no longer have a “normal” store, I have been trying to figure out a way to keep all the doggies supplied with their Chicken Chips. And please note, I am keeping them at the same price I sold them at at the store because it’s actually a discount for you. If you bought them elsewhere it would be more, as the cost on them has greatly increased in the last 2 months. Here’s what I’ve come up with…

I will place an order each month or whenever I have enough to order but it will be ”prepay” only orders.

I have to have at least $200 in orders and there’s a minimum of 6 of each kind (you don’t have to buy 6, I just have to have 6 total of whatever before I can order a particular item) before I can place the order. So for example, if I only have 2 people wanting 1 salmon snacks each, I can’t order it. It has to be 6 or more. I know I just confused you if you read this far 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Once I have enough requests in to place an order, I will invoice those wanting some. If they need to be mailed to you, that will be a little extra for shipping. Otherwise you can pick them up in town. Below is the price list, comment with what and how much you want.

A few updates:

The store- we still have the pop up store open inside J&J Wholesale 1245 College St. Eastman. Tuesdays-Saturdays 9am-5pm

Pet sitting- the month of August I will not be available the 14th-21st and the 26th-28th. All other dates, please message me.

Travel agent- I would be happy to book your next vacation. I’ve attached two great sale prices for two amazing locations but can book anywhere you’d like.
