This girl is such a smarty pants she knows how to use the doggy door to go outside to do her business 🤓! She is also a sweetie who will melt your heart ❤️ ! She sleeps through the night, loves to eat and play!

🥹🚨 Empowering Pawz Family!!! Meet our 🎶 HOUND DOG - ELVIS 🎶

Elvis is IMMEDIATE need of a Foster or Adopter‼️

🛣️ Elvis was found on the side of the road about 2 months ago in Horry County and taken in by an incredible samaritan ❤️‍🩹 He has gotten all of his shots, has had his HW Treatment, gotten neutered and is learning how to be a good ol boy!

Elvis will make the best dog companion for someone with a large fenced in yard and a family who can enjoy playtime! He is very sweet, curious and friendly with EVERYONE! Elvis is potty trained and does well with his house manners, though he has learned that all the best foods are on the counter 🤣

And guess what?!?! Elvis’s finder has contributed to covering his adoption fee! This great boy deserves the best and we all would LOVE to find him his FUREVER home 🏡

🚨TRANSPORT NEEDED FOR MOMMA MAZIE 🚨

We are needing a volunteer to pick up momma Mazie from Fix a Friend around 2:30 PM TOMORROW ‼️

If anyone is able to pick up our sweet girl tomorrow from her spay surgery and let her hang out for a couple of hours we would greatly appreciate it! One of our directors can get her around 5:30 and get her back to her foster in Wilmington.

We will pay for fuel! ⛽️ Please PM us if you can assist! 🐾❤️

❤️🐾Pretty girl Libra is a sassy little girl full of joyful personality! This 9️⃣ week old boxer mix pup adores playing with other dogs, doing zoomies in the house and her fenced in yard! She is working hard on her potty training outside! She loves her toys and even talks while playing with them ☺️🐾!

🐾LIBRA is a happy go-lucky girl full of puppy love ❤️ and energy ! She does great staying in her crate overnight and while her foster parents are away! 🦮 She would love another social dog to play with but she would also do ok as an only dog!

💗 🩵 Romeo and Juliet are looking for a foster home or foster to adopt! These sweet 5-7 week old lab-mix pups did not have a great start to life, but they don’t have to worry about that anymore!

These 2️⃣ babies lost their momma and were stuck fending for themselves 💔 One of our directors immediately took action and got these babies into safety. ❤️‍🩹 They are getting dewormed and have had their first rounds of vaccines 💉 !

Who wants to have some puppy snuggles and playtime? Foster needed for min 4 weeks until they get their booster shots 🐶

🐾🐻Theo a.k.a Mr Smushy Shuffles is now ready for a FOSTER or FOSTER-to-ADOPT! You all may remember Mr. Shuffles - he was our singleton puppy from Mama Brie who we rescued the day he was born!

🐻🐾This BIG boy is a Bulldog/Bull Terrier mix who is 6️⃣1/2 weeks old who loves to play with bigger dogs, play with his toys, eat and cuddle! He does have a big boy dominant personality but is as sweet as can be!

🩵 Hi Everyone! I wanted to personally introduce myself! I’m APOLLO!

My momma Mazie and my 9 other siblings came into rescue inthe middle of November and we are now ready to start our journey to finding our very own FUREVER homes 🏠 ❤️

I was 1️⃣ of 2️⃣ Boys 🩵 in the entire litter and my brother is already pending adoption! I’d sure love to find my own family, too!

My foster momma says I’m such a sweet boy who is the biggest snuggle bug. I do love a good cuddle session 🥰 I’m working on my potty training but I sleep through the night in my kennel! I’m 10 weeks old and am believed to be a boxer/pittie mix! I’ll be ready for adoption starting 1/12!

🆘 ‼️ Where’s our BIG DOG lovers?!?!

Athena was recently owner surrendered to the shelter after 5️⃣ years in a loving home 💔 Can you imagine being with a family, kids and a warm couch to lay on and now you’re in a cold, loud shelter? 😢

We need a foster to step up and help us save this AMAZING girl. Athena is 5 years old, dog friendly and adores kids. Since she has been in a home for quite some time, she’s likely potty trained but we do not know if she’s used to a crate.

Who can help us in saving Athena? 💗 We may be able to get her as early as tomorrow! 🙏🏼

👏 🥹 Thank You, Thank You, Thank You to everyone who has contributed to sending items off of our Amazon list! Just a week ago, our food was down to less than 5 bags, we were completely out of puppy food and didn’t have any collars or leashes to fit the puppies we now have. BUT look now! In 1️⃣ week y’all, our AMAZING community has helped us fill back up so we can continue saving more lives 🥰

🖤 DUKE: This approx 1 year old male lab mix is as sweet as can be. Duke came into the shelter quite a few months ago with his brother, who has since been adopted. This affectionate boy is very scared in the shelter and because of that he isn’t getting any attention 💔 Fully vetted, Dog Friendly and LOVES people. 🚨 He is euth listed due to time at shelter🚨

🤎 POLLY: This approx 1-2 year old, female bulldog mix is the best doggo anyone could ask for. She has the most affectionate personality and the shelter staff says she is goofy and playful! She has done well with other dogs at the shelter! How can you resist this face??? Fully Vetted! 🚨She is euth listed due to time at shelter🚨

🤍 Mr. B: This approx 3 year old Bulldog is in need of some extra TLC! This hunk of a guy LOVES people, is good around other dogs and even tolerates cats! Mr. B will need a foster who is willing to continue medicated baths. 🚨 He is URGENT due to his medical needs as the shelter cannot keep up with his needs🚨

🤍🐾 Guess what everyone?! Val is finishing up her training session 😍

If you haven’t been following Val’s story, let’s get you up to speed! 📖 Val has been with our rescue for quite some time and is now ready to find her forever home! Upon entering rescue, Val struggled with leash manners and reactivity. For the past month, she has been staying with one of our trainers to gain a solid foundation and learn how to be the best house dog!

🌟 Here are some fun facts about Val🌟

▫️She is crate trained and LOVES her safe space! Her new family will need to be sure to utilize her crate to help enforce structure and boundaries in the home. Sometimes when Val has too many extra choices to make, she can struggle with her impulse control. Giving her structure in the home will continue to set her up for success!

▫️Val knows a "place" command! This is especially helpful during busy moments in the home. She loves a nice soft dog bed and understands that "place" means it's time to calm down and rest.

▫️Val walks nice on leash and knows "heel".

▫️Val is SUPER dog friendly and would do well with another dog in the home.

▫️Her current foster has cats and thinks that she would be fine as long as you take introductions slow. She showed some interest in chasing the cats at first, but now coexists with them just fine.

▫️Val LOVES kids and has interacted with kids aged 2-8 years old. She is used to the noise and hustle and bustle of a busy family.

▫️Val's energy level would be described as medium. She enjoys her walks and sniffing around the yard, but is also perfectly content to cuddle up and watch a movie on a rainy day!

🐶 To ensure that Val is set up for success after her adoption, our trainer will provide a free in person or virtual training session! 🤩

As we reflect back on 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣ we want to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation to our amazing Foster Families, our incredible Community Members, the local businesses that have helped us and everyone who has shared, liked or helped us in spreading awareness of the doggos needing help.

Y’all, we pulled 🥁 1️⃣ 5️⃣0️⃣ 🥁 Dogs in 🔟 months!!! We had our first unexpected litter of puppies with a momma on the euth list, we took on medical cases that were lifesaving to some great pups, we were able to be part of training a shelter dog into a service dog for a local community member… The list goes on, and we couldn’t be MORE EXCITED to be ringing in the New Year with this momentum 👏
