Beautiful day for a hike. My (all grown up) son and I took a few canine friends to the Iowa Palisades State Park. Man those hill climbs about did me in, but we made it! Tired out dogs slept all the way back home

Sweet, soft tempered. Velcro type always right with you. Wants to please. Crate trained, good with other dogs. Very polite and affectionate little girl. She's too small for my program and can go as pet or with full ASDR registration.

Sydni is my F1 girl out of Luna and Mesquite. Half sister to Suzie and every bit as sweet.
Sydni is due to cycle soon so my waiting list is open. If I have at least 6 people committed to adopting a puppy from her litter I will go forward with plans.
She will be bred to an F1B mini Aussidoodle red and white.
This will make the litter my first F2 generation litter. Size will be mini ranging from 12-25 lbs. Some will have curlier 'poodle like' coats, others straighter and more 'aussie like'. Lots of color variations.

My 2024 wait list is open
Once I have a list of 5 seriously interested people I will accept their deposits and plan our next litter!
Breedings will be limited to full waiting lists with deposits. I put a lot of work into raising my puppies, they are worth waiting for!

My puppies are raised indoors, handled daily. ENS (early neurological stimulation), ESI (early scent introduction) puppy curriculum program, potty box training, health guarantee. Parents are DNA tested for health.
All puppies will be 1ooo, and can go home at 8 weeks. Puppy pack included a hand made puppy blanket and toy, food sample, baby collar and leash, vaccination and deworming records to share with your veterinarian.
No cargo or ground shipping. Personal pick up only. Here, meet part way (limited schedule) or meet at one of our local airports. Pick up plan must be discussed before deposit placement if long distance.

Do you remember when Covid had us all on lockdown and everyone and their brother brought home a new puppy? Now there is a huge influx of first time and backyard breeding going on. Professional breeders are deciding to take a pause. We offer heath tested litters and use our years of experience (almost 30 years for me) in raising, socializing and evaluating our puppies. We offer health guarantees. But we are competing against poor quality and a high quantity of over breeding. Many of these poorly raised puppies will end up in shelters or given away, even abandoned on the streets because the new owners were misinformed and the puppy has health and behavioral issues they can't or don't want to deal with. Those 'breeders' are not available to help in any way as soon as you take your bargain puppy home.

I currently have a beautiful litter of 4 female F1b Aussidoodles. This will be my last offering of quite some time.
Parents are healthy, health tested and have exceptional temperaments. They have previously produced some outstanding puppies and I have lots of positive feedback.
My puppies are raised using a puppy curriculum program that helps produce well rounded puppies. This is something that has taken me years to learn and I love sharing it with my new puppy families.
I have many previous puppy adopters who have kept in contact and love to share their dogs adventures.
My wait list is open, this final litter will be ready to go in 4 weeks, mid September, there are 4 girls available. Mini to large mini in size 14-16" and 15-25 lbs.
F1b means less shedding and more curl to the coat. I will of course give you lots of tips and instructions on how to care for and socialize your new family member.
No ground shipping, I care way to much about these babies. Additionally I have a few older toy/mini Aussie puppies and adults available and will be posting those in the next few days.

Aurora went to live with her big sister Luna. The two are really hitting it off well. Just look at those intense copper highlights and stunning blue eyes. Aurora will be a little larger than her sister but still mini.

Do you know why genetic health testing is important? Companies like Embark can show breeders if their dog carries any of the 200 testable genetic diseases. With the test results a breeder can easily avoid breeding dogs that carry the same disease and therefore prevent them. You know the saying...'an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure'.

Here is one example. A dog can be tested and shown to have one copy of DM. If bred to another dog who also carries DM then 25% of the litter will have 2 copies of DM and will be at risk to develop this horrible disease. DM is Degenerative Myelopathy, degeneration of the spinal cord. It will start to develop when the dog is an adult and is a slow in progression. The dog slowly loses mobility and will at some point have to be put to sleep.
DM is not that uncommon in Aussies so be sure your puppy comes from a breeder who is both knowledge and ethical, and preventing this and so many other diseases.

Maddie and Bandit' March litter, have 2 boys and 2 girls.
That big one is a border collie, lol
Males, black tri. One stout mini one toy
Females one small Merle mini blue eyes, one Merle toy.
This litter all have nice bone structure, bond close with their person. This crew uses their litter box in the indoor pen exceptionally well. Started on crate training and going outside as well.
Parents are both health tested. Mom clear, dad one copy of MDR1, rest clear.
No DM.
Reduced for the upcoming weekend. I have openings for visits on Saturday before 9:30 am and all of Sunday.

From time to time, people tell me, “lighten up, it’s just a dog,” or, “that’s a lot of money for just a dog.” They don’t understand the distance traveled, the time spent, or the costs involved for “just a dog.”

Some of my proudest moments have come about with “just a dog.” Many hours have passed and my only company was “just a dog,” but I did not once feel slighted.

Some of my saddest moments have been brought about by “just a dog,” and in those days of darkness, the gentle touch of “just a dog” gave me comfort and reason to overcome the day.

If you, too, think it’s “just a dog,” then you will probably understand phases like “just a friend,” “just a sunrise,” or “just a promise.” “Just a dog” brings into my life the very essence of friendship, trust, and pure unbridled joy. “Just a dog” brings out the compassion and patience that make me a better person.

Because of “just a dog” I will rise early, take long walks and look longingly to the future. So for me and folks like me, it’s not “just a dog” but an embodiment of all the hopes and dreams of the future, the fond memories of the past, and the pure joy of the moment.

“Just a dog” brings out what’s good in me and diverts my thoughts away from myself and the worries of the day.

I hope that someday they can understand that it’s not “just a dog” but the thing that gives me humanity and keeps me from being “just a human.”

So the next time you hear the phrase “just a dog.” just smile, because they “just don’t understand.”
