Brazos Pony Club is thrilled to host a show jumping clinic with MATT CYPHERT on April 24 & 25 at Snowdonia Farms Equestrian Center in Tomball, Texas.

$350 for both days, $200 for one day, Auditing $30/day. Divisions include: XR-2', 2'3"-2'6", 2'9"-3' and 3'3" & up.

This clinic benefits members of the Brazos Pony Club who have qualified for the US Pony Club Championships in Lexington, Kentucky, in July 2021.

As usual my riders have made me look good! They really did just clean up and steal the show this time! HDS Champs was a huge success! Lauren Wicker after a 14 year gap, started riding again in September and worked her way into a Reserve Championship in a VERY competitive AA Training Level class, Kendall Hanover and Ren overcame so many personal battles this show to rock it all in Training level in a large class won Reserve Champion, and a Grand Champion in her Freestyle! Elizabeth Beazer and Taz were 4th in First level competing with pros, and having just made the very hard move up the levels, I am most proud of Elizabeth’s Dressage Seat Equitation ride, she was up against a pro who has been a trainer for decades and Elizabeth bested her for the Championship! Tegan over came so much mentally at this show, she brought Champ ribbons home at 3rd level but brought a rider and champion home in her mind and that was the biggest success for her! For me, these kids always pull it out even when I have over faced them and they always make me look good year after year after year, but this year there was something special about the togetherness, the support for each other and that made it really special, my wonderful parents made that happen! This truly is a wonderful group!

That's what winning looks like! Congratulations to Kathleen Koenig on her win at Pine Hill in the Training level division. She and Reggie were Rock Stars, as usual! I can't express how hard Kathleen and Reggie work, no pair deserved to see that hard work pay off more!!!!

WOW! What a whirlwind! What can I say about these girls! We formed a new IEA Dressage Team and had our first competition all in under a month! These girls were troupers and learned with me as none of us knew what to expect! These girls impressed me so much, from all taking home great individual ribbons, Reserve Champion Saturday for HS team, 3rd Saturday for MS Team to Ella Wylie and Ruby Lewis winning the Sportsmanship awards! These girls came together like a team in a way I never expected, I am so excited to see what they can do with a little more time under their belt! This is going to be a fun adventure!

Tegan and her AMAZING team, I had the honor to coach are ALL heading to KY for Pony Club Championships!!! I can't believe under the pressure of one ride and one score to qualify, how they all came out like seasoned Pro's! They ALL put in their best scores today! High 70's and 80's spread around like gold! Tegan wouldn't be here without Fran Kehr, Pamela Goodrich, Lendon Gray, and Beth Butler! Not to mention her amazing team, Ella Wylie, Elizabeth Beazer, Brenna McDonald and Kendall Hanover

So, 😩... as is the risk we all take when we take our horses off property, it has hit close to home. At 5:00 AM this Sunday morning, while prepping for a 7:00 ride time, we were informed that, last week at the H/J show at the GSWEC ( where our show was) there were 2 cases of strep (Strangles) that developed after leaving the show. The diagnosed horses were not in the barns we were in but it is obviously a concern. I will be monitoring our horse closely over the next 10 days.

What a weekend!!! Tegan and Cantor rocked the house at their first ever Regional level show! Qualified for Regional Championships at First level in one show, and pinned down 2 of the 6 scores they need for Children's FEI! Hannah Kinkead and Gran Destiny earned a qualifying score for Training level with only 4 months of training and this being the second show EVER Destiny has been to. Hannah handled the baby green goofies like a Pro. I can't thank Fran Kehr enough for all the help getting Tegan and Cantor on the road, she's something amazing to watch under Fran's guidance! Tegan was Reserve High Point JR both days, only lost out to Zoe Lewis, but really, who would mind loosing to that kind of cuteness!!!

These girls always make me look good and even those that didn't go, or qualify for HDS Schooling Show Championships, I know the work you put in, these girls represented for you! All these horse/rider combos are only a few months in the making. 2019 is going to be fun!
