One Christmas Eve it started to snow
Soon the temperature dropped below zero
The blanket I had was not keeping me warm
I needed something to hold tight in my arms
I drove to the Rescue Shelter to find a best friend
There I found a little furry dog kept in a pen
I sign all the papers & soon headed home
This Christmas Eve I would not be alone
We cover with a blanket & I held that furry dog tight
I knew we would make thru the cold Christmas Eve Night
On Christmas Eve if your cold & all alone
Go to the Rescue shelter & Take you a fur baby home
There's nothing like a furry Christmas with your pet
Staying warm & being loved is something we don't regret
