This girl is a true mare and can be a real pain but I love her to pieces. I have done a lot of different things with her but her favorite thing to do is western gaming! She just Loves to play! She also really enjoys trail riding (or trail running if allowed). Especially if it includes hill climbing. Other things she has done are jumping, cross country (before I got her), flag running, parades, trick-or-treating, caroling, a small amount of cow work, and some flat classes (though Not her favorite as they have no excitement). She has minimal to no spook (and when she does spook it's extremely mild) has done numerous costume classes and has no problem being covered in all sorts of stuff.

Standing this year to a limited number of mares.

Still growing (his dam's line is slow to mature) but strings to around 16.1-16.2 HH.
He has been started slow and correct and has had just a handful of rides to date but will be in heavier training this year and hauled to local barrel playdays.

Registration and health testing is still pending. However he checks all my other boxes so far for staying a stud. Well put together, great personality, trainable, and willing. He's a great cross of running, cow, and good old versatile foundation breeding.

His introductory fees for this this year are Booking Fee: $100
Breeding Fee: $500
He is currently running a special for the Idaho Horse Expo
Booking Fee: $50
Breeding Fee: $400
Valid through the end of Expo ( midnight 4/7)

As he has not had his testing done yet I am offering the following insurance.
If he comes back carrying anything then you have the option of a refunded booking or a $100 discount on breeding. Unless it's a symptomatic disease, then the booking is refunded and I will no longer be standing him.

Looking good! She was just booked to LP Chex Of Gold (2018 APHA/AQHA Buckskin Pearl stallion) for the 2025 season! Can't wait for the resulting foal to arrive come spring of 2026!

We sure had a great Western Idaho Fair 2023.

Peptos Polar Wind "Findlay":

Try That On For Size "Ardan":
1st Place Color Stallion Two Years
Reserve Grand Champion Color Stallion
And even though he didn't technically place in his under saddle classes all three were a win in my book. His first time showing under saddle and with under 30 rides he did very well. He behaved like a perfect gentleman and got many comments from people on his attitude, movement, and promise.

Freckles Lena Dee "Reyna":
1st place (only qualifying round out of 10) and Champion in All Breed Ranch Trail Riders 19-35. This is a Huge win for this mare as she had never done competitive trail and has never been a first pick for me for recreational trail either. And it was a Tough course.
4th place Pole Bending
6th place Key Hole Race
6th place Barrel Racing
This mare has not done speed events competitively save for a few times here and there. And there were about 25 in those classes!
