🐾❄️ Michigan Winters are here! ❄️🐾

As the temperatures drop, it’s important to keep our furry friends cozy and safe. Here are some cold weather tips to protect your pets:

❄ Limit Outdoor Time: Just like us, pets can get chilly in the cold. Keep outdoor walks short and make sure they’re bundled up if needed!

❄ Warm Bedding: Provide extra blankets or a cozy bed for indoor comfort. Cold floors can be uncomfortable for older pets especially.

❄ Watch for Salt & Chemicals: If your pet walks on salt-treated sidewalks, be sure to clean their paws when they come inside to avoid irritation or ingestion.

❄ Hydration: Even in winter, your pets still need plenty of fresh water to stay hydrated!

❄ Outdoor Pets: If your pets live outside, make sure they have a well-insulated shelter, and check their water bowls frequently to ensure they don’t freeze.

💕 Patient Update! 💕

Sweet Roscoe came in about two weeks ago for a Cystotomy, where Dr. Seneker removed stones from his bladder! Yesterday he came back for his follow-up and is doing great! We are so thankful he is doing well and for his loving family allowing us to care for him!
