Good morning!
This weekend I’ll be laying out my schedule for the rest of 2024. I’m currently fully booked the rest of July and August, most of September and October, and all of November. There are openings the first two weeks in December.
Please take a few minutes to check your calendars and get with me on the dates you’d like- if you haven’t already gotten on the schedule. Once they’re filled, they’re gone, and unfortunately time and safety of pets and providing excellent quality will not allow me to accommodate extra loads.

Those who have booked your appointments every 4-6-8 weeks are already in.

I’m referring out new customer requests at this time.

Hi everyone, I’m working through grooms as fast as I possibly can. Right now the earliest opening is later in July-first of August. I’m doing everything I can possibly do in my one person designed grooming shop. I have one tub, one drying station and two grooming tables rotating three dogs at a time. Completion of appointments get hectic at times, for both you and myself. I try my best to stay on schedule but this is up to each individual dog. Please remember my weight limit of 35 lbs is all I can handle. I miss my big giants and it’s been hard for me to let go of them. Even harder to not see my customers I love anymore because of my dumb back not being able to lift and carry.

I’m too close to my retired years to expand my business, and I’m happy with how my little business has been for the last 20 years. I plan to be here 20 more God willing. I enjoy it.

Our area is in need of groomers. I’ve researched the nearest and best grooming schools. Sorry I don’t teach. I’m not cut out to give anyone the experience they deserve as well as a grooming school can provide. I have no regrets and I’m thank ful I went to school.
If you’re patient, compassionate, truly love dogs(and cats for those who want to groom them too), and have the drive to work hard and steady, I would look into this five month course at Sunnyside.

Boarding season is in full swing! These are a few of the pups who have boarded and/or stayed for play day. Capacity is 6 dogs 35lbs and under. We like it small so we can spend time with each dog and enjoy them as much as they enjoy us. For this reason, I recommend asking about dates in advance. The week of Father’s Day and the week of July 4th are already full. If you’re new, please follow the links below and fill out the form(s). First link is for boarding. Up to date shot records must be brought in.
The second link is for grooming. I have to know at the time of booking if you’d like a groom before pick up. Grooms have to be worked into my tight grooming schedule.

Brooke Lunceford and I had the most laughs over so many things in the grooming shop. This was a favorite. Hair waffles pulled from the bathing brushes 😂
Brooke is a very sick friend. Her liver has failed due to an autoimmune disease which destroyed its function. She’s on the list for a transplant. Please keep her in your prayers and support the fundraiser next Saturday, April 27th. This is in Abbeville.
