Every quarter, the Josh's Frogs staff gets together for a State of the Company celebration. Our leadership team touches on our accomplishments and brews excitement for what's to come next quarter. At the end of this meeting, we acknowledge the employees who best exemplify our Core Values: Integrity, One Team, and Constantly Growing. The highest recognition (and gifts galore) are given to the winners, and we wanted to share the achievements of this last quarter's winners with everyone!

ONE TEAM: Emily is one of our Shipping Clerks at our Warehouse, and she's been with Josh's Frogs since December 2021. Since then, she's solidified herself as a formidable worker and devoted teammate. While she might not be a manager yet, she's constantly giving positive feedback to others and offering a hand whenever possible. Emily takes ownership of her role, the success of her team, and the workspace. Whether she's cleaning the breakroom or creating SOPs for the Warehouse team, everything she does is in the best interest of her co-workers. Anyone who's worked with Emily can attest that her cheerful energy, strong work ethic, and hunger to learn more make her incredibly deserving of recognition and reward.
