US bred 6 yo Tallin’s Catch Me If You Can finishes 10th out of 41 today in his first 1.15m class in Ocala, Florida skillfully piloted by Arielle Aharoni
He was also 6th of 58 in the 1.10m class on Wednesday.
Calvin is owned by Patrick Sullivan of Oldwick, NJ who bought him as a very young prospect from Tallin Farm and has brought him along in the sport beautifully.
This promising gelding is by Carmargue x Cassini I x Quinar x Romino - Holsteiner stamm 741 from Witt Pferde Zucht in Holstein. He is from the direct dam-line of Colore and many other top 1.60m horses.

He is easy, well behaved, and always a true friend that always jumps and show the way. He has an extra gear in the jumper ring but is still easy to ride and control. He is 15 years old, 138 cm / 13’2hh.

Mrs Bech-Hansen and her 10 YO stallion Utrillo Hastak continue to improve and are having the time of their lives.
It’s such a joy to see the partnership that these two have formed over the past year. Yes he was brought in as a sales horse but there is no way I would ever even consider selling this horse at this point. There are times that I think she loves him more than she loves me………

It was quite a milestone this past weekend when Mrs Bech-Hansen and her beloved stallion Utrillo Hastak (Carmargue x Comes vd Heffinck x Darco x Voltaire x Quito De Baussy) went in the show ring at The Ridge Of Riverview.
This was Charlottes return to showing after a 35 years hiatus. How many people does this ? Taking a 35 year break and manages to successfully return…..
I am very proud of my wife and her dedication to returning to the ring and proud of Utrillo for always taking care of her the way he does.

I have seen a lot of Carmargues over the years and this one definitely belongs in the top.

When you give them as much time to mature as we have done with this one they typically respond positively and move onwards and upwards pretty fast.
