Let us know and during any daycare or boarding stay, your dog can receive spa treatment. When you pick your pup up their tail will be waggin' and you'll be braggin' about their paw-some look! of the pack! Curious about what sets us apart from the rest? Put your pup in the car and visit our 10 park like acres. Come for a tour, and a romp in the acre dog park (please bring vaccination records). You and your dog will see what make us at CCR so unique, and your pup will be begging to come back. Camano Canine Resort(CCR) is located on the southern end of Camano Island, on the former site of Clouds Canine. Run by Susan Cole, Charles Rushton & Bree Butner, CCR offers the finest accommodations in the area for our canine guests. With standard and deluxe suites there is plenty of room for your dog, in addition, dogs from the same family are even welcome to share a suite in most cases. A spacious one and a half acre securely fenced dog park offers plenty of room for even the most active dogs to stretch their legs! Four additional large exercise runs add even more fun. We’ve got a fuzzy explosion of cuteness—PUPPIES! These little bundles of joy waltzed in with their fabulous mom! Meet the trio of boys: Finley, Aries, and the charmingly chaotic Noisy Bear, along with the darling girl, Tootsie! At just about 2 months old, they’re like adorable sponges ready to soak up all the knowledge (and treats)! With energy levels that could power a small city, they’re all about playtime! These sweethearts love a good cuddle session when it’s snooze o’clock. And don’t worry, they’ll go home already spayed or neutered, microchipped, treated for fleas and worms, and vaccinated! Just a heads up: any potential pup pals at home need to meet first! Also, the adoption fee for one of these guys is $300! If your heart just did a happy dance for these cuties, fill out that application, and let’s set up a puppy playdate!

We are currently looking for somebody consistently on Fridays and Saturdays starting mid March

Friday 8am-6pm
Saturday 8am-6pm with a two hours break from 12-2!

We pay minimum wage.

Job Title: Kennel Technician

Job Type: Part-time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kennel Technician to join our team! If you love animals and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this job is for you. Our kennel techs play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and happiness of the dogs in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Animal Care: Feed dogs according to their specific dietary needs, administer medications as directed, and monitor overall health.
• Waste Management: Scoop p**p and maintain clean and sanitary play yards and kennels.
• Playtime & Supervision: Safely let dogs out in groups for socialization and exercise while monitoring behavior.
• Cleaning Duties: Perform routine cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces, as well as deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Safety & Well-being: Ensure all animals are safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Report any signs of illness or injury immediately.
• Customer Interaction : Greet pet owners and provide updates on their pets when necessary.

What We’re Looking For:
• A genuine love for animals and a willingness to work hard.
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
• Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliability and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

This funny looking guy is Goofy! Goofy is a 7-month-old Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd mix who was found as a stray and is now looking for his forever home! Goofy is an active, outgoing guy who will need a patient owner dedicated to his training. He would be great hiking or camping buddy as he loves to go for walks and adventures. Goofy would do well with dog savvy cats.
A meet and greet is required with any resident dogs in the home before adoption. It is unknown how he is with kids.
If Goofy sounds like the dog for you, please stop by to visit.
