Hi Steve i just want to thank you so much on the speed and delivery of the locklatch that i ordered from you,as it arrived within 2 days of ordering from you and now as you can see i have fitted it on my pvc door that goes out to our communial garden as our cat likes to go in and out all the time 24hrs a day especially in summer ,before i was putting one of those bungy straps used for securing suitcases on cars for going on holidays and taking chances that noone from outside would get in ,now feel so much safer with this lock in place as no human would be able to get in without making a lot of noise trying to saw through the strong metal locklatch! Only our cat can sqeeze in now! We had one installed at our previous premises more than 4 years ago, and never had a single issue with it. In fact, we had a break in shortly after installing it, and the only point of access not compromises was the locklatch. They’d gone at it with all sorts of tools and could do nothing!

Thank you for keeping me informed post order, this was safely received yesterday.
We have an indoor cat and French doors out in one of our rooms, so it‘s been difficult to open the door for ventilation without worrying the cat was going to run out! This MiniLatch seems to have done the trick to keep the door ajar and the cat inside! Enjoying the fresh air today!

Hi Lock latch,
I wanted to reach out to say thank you after a recent break in at my property. The lock latch held so well that the burglar actually broke through the window pane itself on my patio sliding door.
Due to this entry method the burglar cut himself, left blood and was caught, charged and sentenced!
I was able to claim through my insurance, insurance inspected the latch and said it was a very secure lock and to them, it counted as a locked door.
Thank you so much for keeping my property secure.
I've waited until now as I wanted to see the outcome at court and share that also.
Because the latch was so secure, this burglar got caught, because if someone wants in to a house... they're going to get in eventually, just not through a lock latch!!!

Not the best photo, but you can see the LockLatch in the top right corner, still secure.
I've told so many people about this product, even before this happened! Now I always tell people. The police and csi that came also said what a brilliant product and they would recommend to people too.
My insurance was through admiral. Platinum cover.

* Paul [Plymouth, England] uses a LockLatch to keep the hatch on his boat open [for ventilation] but locked to prevent opportunistic theft while in harbour.
