We have concluded our summer camp series for the year. Coach Lou headed up our camps this year and did an amazing job! The kids all had an amazing time! So many smiles 🥰🙌

Wonderful show at Clip Clop yesterday. Miriam and Bubbles won a class and had some great ribbons. They have improved so much since their first show in May. Tess did double duty with London and Ada. They both were Reserve Champion with a first and two seconds. Thanks Clip Clop for a great show.

Amazing day at the season opener Clip-Clop Farm Show. First show for Miriam/Bubbles and Ada/Tess. Second show for London/Tess. Finley/Prim are becoming an amazing team. Manon/Kato are getting better at every show. Marcie/Sammy tackled the 18". Many Champions and Reserve Champions were won. Thank you Bill Miller and Lou Davidson. Can't wait for the next show. Go Team Cantera.

IEA 2023-2024 season is over. It was my third year coaching. We had Jamiee represent Cantera at Nationals in Tryon, NC. She did us proud placing 4th out of the 18 best in the country. I can't wait until next year.

Amazing time at the Freeman Farm show this weekend! Really great farm and well run show. We had several debuts at the show:
London had her first ever horse show with the trusty Tess.
Princess Fiona made her show debut with Marin.
Piece of Cake aka “Kato” went to his first show with Manon.
Primrose also made her show debut with Finley.

Also first time coaching with Cantera Mr. Lou made his debut.

Thankful for the amazing coaching by Miss Desi & Mr Lou & our rider’s earning great ribbons all around. Special shout out for Marin & Princess Fiona earning walk trot eq champion, and Manon and Piece of Cake earning x rail hunter champion 🤩🥳
Also thankful to Mr. Bill helping to haul horses down and back. Love our team!! 🤩🙌

Another IEA Zones in the books. Jamiee qualified for Nationals, so I get to go back to Tryon in April. The high school team was 3rd, and the middle school team was forth. Carl was horse of the day on Saturday. I am so proud of all of my IEA riders who came from 5 different barns. You are a great group of young women, and I can't wait until next season.

Cantera hosted our annual IEA show yesterday at Heirloom Equestrian Center. Even though it poured at times the show went well. Thank you to all the parents and riders who helped to make it a successful day. High school was Reserve Champion, Middle School was Champion. Three more riders qualified for Regionals. Finley Riggs won the Sportmanship Award and Carl was horse of the day. Go Team Cantera

It was an IEA weekend. Shows both days at United Equine. Cantera showed very well Saturday High School was 3rd, Middle School was Champion. Sunday High School was Champion, Middle School was Reserve Champion. Renee Chen (W/T) and Peyton Coffland (Open flat) both qualified for Regionals in 3 shows. Congratulations and Go Team Cantera!!

Sometimes we ride sometimes we team build. Cantera IEA at downtown Vancouver. We meet a Macaw, learned names, ate ice cream. It was a fun adventure.

Cantera Equestrian has some openings for lessons at the beautiful Emerald Valley Stables located in Ridgefield, Wa. Lesson spots available for new and experienced riders ages 6 and up in hunt seat equitation. We have high quality lesson horses and ponies to ride at a facility with both indoor and outdoor arenas. Another successful Rolling Rock show. Findlay and Poppy were excellent together even though Findlay only rode her once before the show. George and Marin continue to improve with each show. So proud of both riders. Go Team Cantera.
