The new lab is coming along. Our new flowhood will be here Tomorrow 🙌 we will be doing Inoculations in the new space as soon as I get that installed. Then it's time to get to work cultivating a variety of new mushrooms!

Come down to visit us today at the Cambridge Farmers Market. We have limited mushrooms available this week. With the cold weather alot of our harvest frozen in the shop refrigerators.
