Does anyone recognize this little lady? She showed up at the rescue, absolutely famished and very underweight. I will be taking her to be scanned for a microchip, but I doubt she has one. She was terrified of me until I opened a can of cat food, now she is my friend, and let's me hold her, pet her, check her teeth and carry her around. She was definitely someone's cat.
The easiest way I have been able to give meds is mix with the Temptations Purees! This is a new item we will be keeping on hand!
Stop by Cambridge Intermediate School today for their craft Bazar from 9am-2pm. We have jewelry, cat toys, cat goody bags that make great gifts, stickers, and crinkle bags. There are lots of vendors here today! Start holiday shopping early!
Stuffy is getting tested, vaccinated, and lots of love today! He is already neutered, and will be ready for adoption soon. He is roughly 2 years old, and was dumped at the rescue.
RIP sweet little Peanut.
Still weak, but she is swallowing!
Vincent Van Gogh is settled in, medicated, and has a full belly. Once he's healed, he will be available for adoption. He is a very sweet boy!
Here are some of the kitties that we still have. This is not all of them. We have enough food for another 2-3 days, but will need more soon. If anyone can donate food, that would be great. We prefer Purina Cat Chow Complete, but will take anything. We had several bags destroyed by raccoons that got into the garage. The raccoons have been relocated, but now we need more food. Anything helps!
