Chicken Bone Broth

We use bone broth in so many meals! It’s a staple in my kitchen for daily cooking and whenever sickness strikes. It’s a simple way to get tons of nutrients into your families! Here’s my base recipe. I add whatever herbs we have available and smell wonderful!

Chicken Broth
- Chicken carcasses
- Chicken necks and feet (optional)
- Onions
- Celery
- Carrots
- Peppercorns
- Salt
- Garlic cloves, smashed
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Sage
- AVC, just a small splash

Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot with water and simmer for 10-12 hours on the stove or crockpot (on high) or 4 hours in the instant pot.
