🥶🥶🥶🥶 GVC would like to formally request that spring come sooner than later please. 🥶🥶🥶🥶 Until then here are some resources for our pets in cold weather. Next week has life threatening chills, so we wanted to gently remind everyone to think about their animals, especially those outdoors. If it is not possible to bring them inside we recommend preparing their housing so it can be warm, dry and out of the wind with fresh food and water. Stay warm!

If you see this wonderful young lady please congratulate her on passing her boards to be a licensed veterinary technician. Kaylee has done her remote schooling through St Petersburg College and has worked so incredibly hard while getting married and having her precious little baby boy. We are so proud of her and so glad that our clients and patients have such a caring, compassionate and hard working RVT!

Daisy would like to ask (very nicely 😁) that if you have any blankets or towels that you would like to donate we would gladly accept them so our patients can sometimes be sent home with them to be comfortable. 🐶🐱🦮🐰

This week Daisy wanted to introduce you to one of her buddies, Amelia! 💖🌼🐾

* Amelia started working at Guernsey Veterinary Clinic as a Receptionist in 2023📞💕

* In her spare time, Amelia enjoys staying home to relax with her dogs and doing crafts! 🎨 🖼️

* She has a small family of her own at home, consisting of her boyfriend, Gage, and her 2 big dogs, Stiles and Tuck, to keep her company! 🐕 🐾

A tip from Amelia and Daisy:
Did you know that our pets can have anxiety too? Just like us humans do! You can always consult with your Veterinarian about medications to ease your dog’s anxiety for vet appointments, car rides, storms, or just day to day life! 🩺💕
