Deadline alert!!

Hey All, today would be a GREAT day to send in your banquet RSVPs! The deadline is fast approaching and the mail can be slow to deliver this time of year.

PLEASE do not delay another day, if you are planning to attend the year end banquet. We need all RSVPs by the deadline date of Nov 18th. Please keep in mind, that we need to give a head count to the Middle Falls venue in order for them to plan and accommodate everyone who is coming.

We REALLY hope to see you at the banquet, so please take a minute RIGHT NOW, while you are thinking of it, and get your reservations sent in.

If you have not sent in your banquet RSVPs yet, please do so as soon as possible to ensure you make our deadline of Nov 18.
We want you to be with us on banquet night to help celebrate a great season and to begin getting excited for 2025 at the CSC.

The Cambridge Saddle Club has it's first sponsor for the 2025 horse show season! Thank you to Show Off Equine Events (SOEE) for offering to sponsor the halter championship classes again in the coming year! We are so grateful for the ongoing support of this wonderful show series. The CSC and SOEE have worked to make sure our show dates do not conflict in 2025, so if you are looking for another fun and friendly show series to take part in, be sure to check out SOEE in Schaghticoke, NY.

As the 2024 Year End Banquet approaches, here are just a few messages for you.

*The banquet is on December 7th at the Middle Falls Fire Department and Banquet Hall. It is open to anyone interested in coming, regardless of whether you are receiving an award.

*Parking will be across the street from the venue and in some other designated areas. Please keep the station lots clear, per the venue's request.

*The doors will open at 530. Seating will be open, so when you arrive, please find the table you would like to sit at.

*You must RSVP by November 18th, in order to attend. That means we need to have your RSVP in hand by that date. Please do not wait to mail it out on 11/18. We encourage everyone to send in their responses as soon as possible. Please include a check made payable to the Cambridge Saddle Club and indicate how many adults and children will be attending. *The cost is $40 for everyone 13 and over and $20 for children 12 and under. The meal includes appetizers, the main course and dessert. There will be a cash bar.

*We will have a basket raffle again this year. If anyone is interested in sponsoring a basket, please contact Donna Sausville via messenger or email [email protected]. We would greatly welcome any donations:)

*Membership applications will be available at the banquet and it would be a great time to sign up for the 2025 season!!

*appetizers will be served from 530 to 630, followed by dinner at 630. Immediately following dinner, we will begin our awards ceremony and recognition portion of the evening.

*Lynn Ann of One Still Image will be on hand for photos!

*There will be random drawings, special awards, a 50/50 raffle, door prizes and of course our year end awards! There is really so much to be excited about!

Hopefully this information is helpful to you as you plan for the banquet. We can't wait to celebrate a very successful 2024 season with you all.

It's a wrap! The Fun Gymkhana was held on October 19. It was the last CSC event for 2024, and what a great day it turned out to be. Beautiful weather and a wonderful group of riders. Thank you to all who came out. We loved your costumes and Fall spirit!

Just a reminder that our Year End Banquet will be here before you know it! If you plan to attend, you must make a reservation ahead of time in order for us to plan and organize for everyone who is coming. Please take a minute to send in your RSVPs as soon as possible. All the details including cost, location and times are posted in a previous message. Check that for details. We are taking checks made out to the Cambridge Saddle Club as form of payment. We hope to see you at the banquet and are so looking forward to a night of celebration and fun.

A big shout out to Judy & Val for all of their efforts in putting on Sunday's benefit barrel race for the Cambridge Saddle Club - it was a fun day with about 100 entries that raised over $1,500 for the club - thanks ladies!
