🥰 Raise Her in the Barn

Put your daughter in the barn, where the air smells of hay and hard work, where the lessons are unspoken but will be deeply understood.

Let her find her footing in the dust and dirt,
learning that balance isn’t just for the saddle but for life itself.

Watch as she earns trust from something bigger than herself, as she discovers that patience isn’t passive...it’s the quiet persistence of trying again and again.

Let her feel the weight of responsibility
with every flake of hay she tosses, every bucket she fills, every wound she tends with her tiny gentle hands.

Put your daughter in the barn, where she’ll learn that effort matters more than luck, that showing up every day builds more than muscle...it builds character.

Let her see that respect is earned, not demanded, that failure isn’t final, and that sometimes the best lessons come from falling off and getting back on.

Give her a place where she can be strong and soft, bold and kind, independent yet deeply connected.

Let the barn shape her, and when the world calls her forward, you’ll see a woman who knows who she is, because she was raised in the barn.

🚨LINT UPDATE HELP STILL NEEDED🚨

First off we want to thank you guys for the donations already made, little Lint doesn’t know how lucky he is to have such an amazing support system.

With that being said, we still need your help! After a lot of back and fourth with Lint’s care team at New Bolton and his regular vet here at home we all decided that with the condition of his leg and joint, amputation would be the best option for him.

Unfortunately, Lint’s leg and joint had much more damage then we originally saw on x-ray. His team had offered a series of procedures to try and stabilize his joint and bone however the recovery time was long, the aftercare would be aggressive, and his time as a little lamb would have been spent in and out of the hospital with little confidence that the damage would be reversible. Not to mention the amount of pain he would have been in.

What does this mean for Lint?

The decision was not easy at all, but by choosing amputation Lint is predicted to have a pretty speedy recovery. He’s currently staying at NBC with his amazing care team who are prepping him for his LIFE CHANGING surgery tomorrow morning. We can’t wait for our boy to be home, but we know that he’s in the best hands!

We plan to continue to keep everyone updated as we get more information on Lint’s progress. We are hoping to have him home early next week!

Money raised: $568
Total needed: $2050

Here’s a breakdown-
Consultation: $350
Additional X-rays + Joint Tap: $300
Amputation Procedure: $800
Room and board: $400 (maybe more or less depending on how long he needs to stay)
Take Home Medications: $200

*This doesn’t include follow up care, we will cross that bridge when we get there*

Here’s how to donate:
