Esmerelda, my heart dog! My first show dog!
From living 3 years of her life in a show coat, to….. NAKED 🫣🤭. She looks just like her mama Gigi now!

I cried😪, James and Liz laughed🤪🤣 (a LOT).

She is loving life as a free poodle! I cannot wait till spring, possibly will get her into agility and hope she will fall in love with water sports. I could not love this dog more!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!! 🦃🍁🍽☺️

Last weekend was a great show in Council Bluffs Iowa for the Outlaw Canines girls!!

Saturday under judge James A Moses, Our bred by girl UCH Outlaws KSP Glorious Diva Divina took WB, BOW and BOS for her first major from a cross over.

I’m so incredibly proud of our girl! She now has 7 of the 15 needed points towards a championship and one major. Hopefully, it wont be long before we have our second bred by champion!

I still have a few things to tweak on her trim and how I’m handling her, but she is coming along!

On Saturday in BPup under judge Jerome Elliott, our bred by girl Outlaws Twirling in Rhythm with Griselda-Merelda took a group 4.

On Sunday in BPup under judge Karen A Dumke, our bred by girl Outlaws Michaela Shall Shimmer & Shine took a group 1! We are honored by the compliments we received on this girl.

Our Esme/Mikey keeper girls are off to a great start!!

Michaela, our cream keeper girl from our GCH Esme/CH Michael pairing.

❤️🐩🤝We are considering a co- own or guardian home for our beautiful Michaela! *We are hoping to find her a show home, so she is not for sale at this time.*

Ideally, she would stay close by so we can have an interactive relationship and help with showing and grooming. It would be nice if she can get to a few shows away from her littermates who live local, but we can definitely plan some shows together!

She had a great first experience in the BPup ring and will get to show again with me in a couple weeks. She’s 5 months old currently. She is a very good puppy with a loving, playful and fairly laid back temperment. She has a good energy in the ring and around the environment of the show. She has had on and off leash training with a solid recall, she’s potty and kennel trained. We are working on basic obedience.

We will only consider the most perfect fit!

We had a great weekend in Springfield at the Tri-State kennel club show. On Sunday, Outlaws Sing it Lovely Lorelei (from our litter of 15) placed first in the 6-9 puppy class under judge Dale Martenson.

Outlaws Michaela Shall Shimmer & Shine and Outlaws Twirling in Rhythm with Griselda-Merelda had their first time in the ring doing BPup. They moved well and were goofy as puppies should be. I ended up handling Michaela and Tiffany Zolman was kind enough to take in Zelda! Michaela took best of opposite. Judge Joyce Siddall gave both my girls a very kind and gentle experience for their first time in the ring and shared nice compliments on all our dogs. I appreciated the input since I’ve been trying to decide which of the two Esme girls to focus on.
I’m super happy with how perfectly they behaved being groomed and crated at the show both days and sleeping in the camper at night!

I’m so lucky to have these awesome puppies to raise and I plan to achieve great things with them.

Pending AKC approval, Outlaws Dancing Esmerelda by Gisella earned her grand championship on Sunday October 13th at the Lawrence Jayhawk Kennel Club.
Outlaws KSP Glorious Diva Divina was awarded best of winners that day for a point towards her championship, thank you to judge Jan Sigler for these wins!

Could not be more proud of these two half sisters out of our bred by dams Outlaws Gisella by Ella, Outlaws Basking in Glory and sired by Parker, CH Brienwoods Magic Man owned by Kim’s Standard Poodles.

I had our win photo with both girls since it will likely be the last time they show together ❤️ could not track down the judge for the photo and I was looking at Diva and meant to look at Esme, but oh well 🤣🤩🥰 Bred, groomed and owner handled by Jessie Grose.

We are EXTREMELY proud of Corbin, “Outlaws Eastern Rebellion by Esmerelda” and his co-owner/handler Kaimora participating in their first show together this past weekend at the Prairie River Valley Show in Springfield. They had some things to work through Friday then earned best of breed and a group 3 both Saturday and Sunday !!
We cannot wait to continue watching this pair!

Pending AKC approval, Esmerelda earned her grand championship Sunday October 13th at the Lawrence Jayhawk Kennel Club under judge Jan Sigler!

October 6th, she had earned a single under judge Marilyn O’Neill at the Cornhusker Kennel Club of Nebraska leaving her needing just one more point!

We have some incredible dogs!

The MOST thanks to Kim Baldwin of Kim's Standard Poodles for everything over the 3 year journey of showing dogs. Between stud service with champions Parker and Mikey, countless words of encouragement and endless support, I would have given up without your words.

Great thanks to Mariah Jean Benbeneck for helping me build confident show dogs and become a better handler and trainer.

Thank you to the judges who have awarded our dogs. Thank you to the exhibitors who have become great friends like family and all the support, I couldn’t have done this without all of you!!!!!!!

Outlaws KSP Glorious Diva Divina picked up a single point Sunday going best of winners in Lawrence!!! 😍🐩 She is maturing beautifully and growing her coat. Now the focus will be on her since her older sister Esme became a grand!

Outlaws Sing it Lovely Lorelei (our keeper from the Lacie/CH Michael 4/20/24 litter of 15) earned a group 3 in BPup on Sunday. We are SO proud of this puppy earning 2 group placements at under 6 months old!

Announcing AMCH UCH Outlaws Dancing Esmerelda by Gisella BCAT CGC TKN

We had so much fun running FastCAT at Lawrence Jayhawk Kennel Club September 20, 21 and 22!

Esmerelda achieved 3 titles that weekend!!!!!She earned her BCAT(Course Agility), CGC (Canine Good Citizen) and TKN (Novice Trick Dog)!

I’m beyond proud of this dog and everything we have done together!

She has earned 160 AKC owner handled points, with 135 posted towards 2024 rankings sitting us at 25 out of over 100 ❤️🐩.

Our CH Esmerelda/CH Michael standard poodle babies are 8 weeks old! Last week they got the new slide toy. I was really hoping they would play on it while I took the video! It gets dirty each day so I know they play on it, but I never catch them! 😄🐾🐩 We had a little hiccup in getting temperament testing and confo evals done as we had planned Friday due to evaluators not being able to make it. We are planning for tomorrow.

Before the babies started going home! All 15 of LaCies fantastic standard poodles! 😍🐩 It has been a true blessing and pleasure to raise all of them! These puppies have been a dream. 12 minutes of absolutely adorable poodle babies playing and being such good listeners! Never have I had a litter that listens this well, and every puppy follows me like a duckling and they are so quiet too. We had Esmes puppy count xray (will have to post separately). We also did ultrasound with my machine just so I could get refresher training. It’s looking like 8 babies! A normal sized litter LOL. I’m excited and hoping her first litter delivery goes smoothly.

Our litter of 15 standard poodle puppies!!!! Babies are growing and getting to play in the playpen while I clean the bigger box. They have started to potty on litter and like to sleep on their clean blankets. We work on sensory of sound, sights and touch stimulations offering tons of new colorful toys with different textures and noises and keep music playing during the day. Everyone had a bath, nails trimmed and new larger collars put on this morning! These puppies love baths! They all completely relax in the water, just soaking it in! They also tried mash and absolutely loved it! I’ll try to get a video of them eating next time. It got messy really quick 🤣 they are not clean anymore at all!
