We thank our loyal and valued clients and customers for your continued support and understanding during the shutdown and hardships resulting from COVID-19.
We share your frustration that we have not been able to resume business as normal or expected.
As a sole proprietor I have only been able to start offering very limited services.
All grooming appointments made before the "New York pause" order have had to be cancelled and I am very sorry that this had to be done.
To schedule a grooming appointment or to inquire about curbside pickup of retail items, please call the shop 315-271-3498 and leave a message and phone number for a call back.

I will continue to do my best to meet your needs and ask for patience as we all work towards this goal.

We have come to the decision to close our shop down for two weeks. This has not been an easy thing to do but for the safety of our families and yours we believe this is the best thing to do. If you have an appointment with us coming up you will be notified of when your next appointment is, everyone is only getting pushed back the amount of time we are closed, no one will go longer than that. If you do have any questions or concerns feel free to call the shop and leave a voicemail as they will be checked frequently. We apologise for any inconveniences this may cause and do hope that you understand. Thank you
