Respiratory Vaccine Time

Moving the last few calves born this spring back towards the barn. They are getting a dose of Inforce 3 Intranasal Respiratory vaccine this weekend, along with all their older herd buddies.

GAR Fireproof E.T. Calf

Finally had our first Gardiner Fireproof calf show up a few minutes ago. Looks like a bull! Expecting one more this week that will hopefully be a heifer. 🙏

Her Yon Top Cut bull calf finally joined us this morning. On the exact day she was due to calve. Less than 7 minutes later, he was up and nursing from her. 👍

Yearling Registered Bulls

The oldest of the bulls just turned 12 months old, with the others a few weeks behind him. I think they are looking pretty good, an even better average disposition than in the past “if you can believe that”, and probably the best set of bulls we’ve raised so far. Continuing Improvement is the goal 👍
