Kettle Moraine NAVHDA

Kettle Moraine NAVHDA KM NAVHDA is a Chapter of NAVHDA International to promote responsible dog training and game handling. We hold numerous training days throughout the year.

The North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association is a nonprofit corporation whose purpose is to foster, promote, and improve the versatile hunting dog breeds in North America; to conserve game by using well trained reliable hunting dogs before and after the shot; and to aid in the prevention of cruelty to animals by discouraging nonselective and uncontrolled breeding, which produces unwanted a

nd uncared for dogs. The Kettle Moraine Chapter of NAVHDA is dedicated to the above goal. In addition, the chapter hosts NAVHDA sanctioned Natural Ability, Utility Preparatory and Utility Tests, as well as other social events that are of interest to our membership.

A harmful blue-green algae bloom spread across nearly all of Green Lake, raising concerns about water quality and the future of Wisconsin's lakes.

NAVHDA Members,

Incumbent President Tim Otto and Treasurer John Wolfe will be hosting a town hall forum. Invites have been sent to Chapter Presidents

The purpose of this forum is to provide an opportunity for Chapter Presidents to engage with our leadership team, allowing for discussion of any concerns or inquiries.

This meeting will take place via Microsoft Teams on October 7th at 7:30 PM EST. It will be recorded and made available on YouTube the following day.

We encourage members to direct any questions they may have to their Chapter President. The forum will last for one hour, during which the representatives will be asked to address questions submitted by Chapter Presidents in attendance. Time permitting, we will also open the floor for live inquiries via the chat platform.

It is worth noting that all candidates running for office were offered the same format on the NAVHDA International platform.

The platform was intentionally set up and offered this way. It is in response to many members expressing that they are interested in just receiving answers to their questions and are not interested in a back-and-forth debate.

Questions will not be screened; they will simply be consolidated in the interest of time.

Thank you for your continued support of NAVHDA

Although it was a small group, we had a great time at the first aid clinic for hunting dogs!
Dr Brianne Miller and her assistant Vern gave some fantastic information, including a demonstration of how to carry your dog out if the field using your hunting vest!
Thank you Brianne for coming out!

Hey KM members!
I was just informed that Arrow lane is all torn up in both lanes, I asked if it was passable, and was told barely, if you are super careful. Large chunks all over and such. No idea that this was planned or how long it would take.
Just making you all aware ….. i will update you as i get information
Thanks everyone
Rob
