This is Luke, an 11 year old lab, who was carried in by his owner on July 10th and they were thinking the worst. They had found him in a field, not able to get up and were expecting to come in and say goodbye to their long time friend.

Little did they know, a few weeks later Luke would be running, wagging his tail and jumping in and out of the truck.

Luke’s treatment plan included our new Laser Therapy! Laser Therapy targets your pet’s cells and helps them regenerate! It has been scientifically proven to be successful in treating post surgical pain and many acute and chronic conditions.

He just completed his first Laser Therapy package and is signed up for more for maintenance! We love to see him walk through the door! ❤️🐾

Time for another lazy Sunday!

This is what can happen when you use an OTC flea control on your pet... and these tremors and shaking are after 12 hours of treatment and medication. It was much worse when this dog arrived. These effects will last another day or so even with continued treatment. Flea controls bought OTC often cause this reaction to small dogs and cats especially, or skin irritations, or vomiting & diarrhea because they are not tested at the same standard as veterinary products. Yes a reaction can happen with any flea product, however I would choose the product with the best safety margin and testing that backs it up. Please purchase your products from a veterinarian not only because they work better, but also because they are safer.

Yesterday CAC had our annual visit by Mrs. Parrish's Pre-K class to learn about what a veterinarian is. This wonderful program has been doing this for so many years that one of our technicians actually was a part of it whenever she was a small child in pre-K. What an awesome experience for some bright young minds!
