Just putting this out there - if you ship isopods snail mail where it takes 8 days because you shipped on a friday, soak the moss so its dripping wet, put the cup without any ventilation holes into a bag..not a box but a bag with 0 heat/cold pack..dont get angry at me when I message you for a refund because everything was DOA. I spent decent money. And no, I do not want anymore shipped to me for free, they'll be DOA again. Do better peoole 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
